This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

1) Worst: Cameron Heights

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns& j' F- {8 f- y6 b! g Q1 i
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)- q2 K7 u+ f) `
- h; }- k2 x9 V G3) So So: Magrath etc.
3 y4 ~# W8 W. cMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
( L: V# F% s: o& A6 @$ OMajor roads on 2 sides+ K. J9 n6 \4 u- M& [: ^6 s1 n
9 O: H& L+ A2 R2 G7 \. O9 E, w4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge, l8 K+ a* i# x2 C7 k
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.! C& a; m+ w+ m5 a* ~- U# N
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.
