Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

9 }; I2 T' E) n3) So So:  Magrath etc.
! |) K/ ]% c$ P6 }3 j) Y+ Y2 U2 gMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
0 f/ N+ T3 U2 ^" I
# o$ ]% e4 N7 F+ \5 N+ E& L4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
. a0 W3 l% S4 JMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
