Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)

) ^& _' v- g" [; [4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge, `( w4 _' d, l3 j( m/ ]" o' t
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
