2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
8 R/ q3 F" y# H; ?0 d( M
% }6 m% J: M, o! j# n3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
1 E& m1 k. l) O6 d7 M7 H8 tMajor roads on 2 sides
) a  p8 S, N+ S# _
) ^& _' v- g" [; [4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
9 L0 ]$ J4 t$ nNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
/ U2 u) l8 `, U3 |( N+ gSame as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
