1) Worst: Cameron Heights
Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
+ J' g9 h3 C- C
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
) B& t' \; ~, v+ ^6 g/ |/ K
- r' \, I  Y  e) l3 {) |# @# a4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
% S+ X  \4 [- ^  fMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
) ?% Z  y6 ]4 y! ANo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
  r" A; Y7 d4 U, Z9 t! a2 u- ^+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
