1) Worst: Cameron Heights
Main entrance on AH

. Z* b4 L7 o% [1 }Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

. H1 N7 |* D; k3 E3) So So:  Magrath etc.
% _5 S$ \/ o; ?4 r6 @Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
' ]) q$ G( [4 u) W/ DMajor roads on 2 sides

. l' Z0 r; E6 l0 c: f4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

$ O0 Z! J/ ?! r" Z/ V! Z5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
7 p+ J8 v# D- z0 a3 v% H- d  u+ all in one cul-de-sac
9 ?& b# t: }( d+ DC1/DC2 zoning
