  a4 R, E/ z1 u0 wMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
& U, k% i! B: {: e0 l0 D5 w3 vMajor roads on 2 sides

. y0 K$ d. T) l7 g" s0 a4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
5 A% l$ c5 W& s" d) ^! Y  fMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
# ^/ c" l/ w8 I  cNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
