· Call 9-1-1.
· Report the location, vehicle description, and license plate number.

不是我怪你哈，这边教育小孩过马路的时候，要和司机有眼神接触，然后才能过。我每次开车碰到过马路的人，看都不看两边就自顾自过马路，都当作反面典型教育我家娃的。我还要求孩子过马路的时候，一定会对停下 ...

上个星期晚上我们也碰到类似的情况，不过我们是在车里，当时是凌晨2点多，我们在麦当劳的drive through等着点餐，前面的一个司机喝多了，突然车子后退，我们当时用车喇叭滴了他一下，他停了下然后又开始后退，退的 ...

后来我们分析，是因为西下的太阳晃了司机的眼睛，所以根本就没看见人

可能来加的时间长了，潜意识里都是车让人吧。老虎也有打盹的时候，不管谁开车肯定都有思想开小差的时候，所以过马路的时候，自己也还是尽量要小心些，在50米范围之内的话,都尽量看着司机减速下来后再过.不管前方信号灯如何.就像有时候,你明明看到对方开车违章,也没有人愿意去做完全正确的事.
当然我并没有任何对过马路的人有任何微词,只有双方都小心一些,小小概率事件发生的几率才会大大降低.
