老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
楼主疏忽一个基本主要问题,加拿大是一个成熟市场“什么价钱什么货”!你付出低价钱当然得到低质量的服务啦,这是天经地义的事,埋怨不得任何人。

I totally agree with you. 加拿大是一个成熟市场“什么价钱什么货”!You got what you paid.

( j! R, A, _3 p3 E- T0 vThe price I got from The Tire Warehouse by phone (which I asked for both tires and rims) was only $100 less than I got from other stores for the same things. However, the result was that I paid $100 more than the price I got from other store.

  e/ d/ B3 q7 F0 r0 O1 XThis weekend I bought Ufile for the tax return. The price is $19.99 in The Best Buy, while it’s $16.99 in Future Shop. Can you tell me where you go? 3 @( k. O& B4 s- ^# T$ D2 _. H

The purpose I wrote this post is sharing my 教训和失误, 给后来者为鉴.  
! K; _- j, y  h+ M0 h3 k3 TIf talking about 埋怨, I only can 埋怨 myself. That’s because
$ [( N  h# |3 x4 ?1 P1.        我应该要书面报价并仔细检查内容和价格。7 t& a0 `& P1 m3 L
2.        我应该接受朋友的教训。
