Those who has been here for a long time said in early 90s, when the oil price dropped too low, the oil companies laid off the contractors first, then their own full-time employees. 0 E8 j6 L4 A, t0 S( Y$ ?' f9 a$ @$ k/ k 2 _& a6 U8 r& B) ?, U5 `& E. uI hope it won't happnen this time, but who knows?
