Alberta Finance, Edmonton – Are you a quick learner, able to adjust to new duties quickly? We are looking
for some great people who would be available immediately to fill current and future short term temporary
6 a# b" R7 ]8 l0 h( ]2 _positions. These opportunities can come up at any time and will give you valuable experience working in a
mainly administrative support role. You will put your administrative skills to the test working with Microsoft
1 ?+ l/ o* u0 L" wWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Your good communication and interpersonal abilities will be put to use
/ S7 N- E  T$ C3 X( sdealing with managers, executives, co-workers and the general public.

3 o4 m3 d& |  t" ZQualifications: High school graduate, experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service skills
are required. Previous provincial government experience is an asset. Records management experience would be
$ {+ W9 L2 L9 j  N& U: U* hdesirable for some positions. Immediate availability is preferred.

NOTE: These temporary positions are usually full-time. Selected candidates will be asked to undergo a security
8 S& P, Z" N* S/ Q7 Gscreening. We will be using this posting to fill our future short term temporary vacancies up to six months
in length.
