# O% V- b& ~- ]2 h6 r5 Rto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
) e6 w  g9 d3 J4 R  _% o; rcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
! p' h/ O! g$ n/ v: g) pjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
