experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
6 Z& k" u! d) W% R- `coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
" V4 ]1 a' ]% m" |* Q+ wconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
# g4 z# A5 j4 F* _3 C& q+ U" aunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
