' U H- j1 Q# wBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
- \4 a- @/ D8 w/ x% Fwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft$ Q' b5 \, e$ L8 G
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.0 n4 y4 g ]$ ?2 K% y! o' o$ F6 z. M
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
, O1 N4 z( `' xartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
& ?& o1 X6 P' Z$ k) bEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
% I; d* F' H- H- }* g0 \visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
; O1 `1 t) t# w3 V" T* l$ x; qrecyclables.
+ Q, R; k6 M: x6 H; l) P6 b7 VFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be. }/ m/ `/ l# G) s% l
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
0 Y/ T) f- h) S; I3 S; WHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
/ v/ r0 A* C2 }them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
% k: {# [' d8 z5 P( B) ]* h# |festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide) A9 f6 n$ ^. v0 G( J$ \# J! C
programs to visitors to the festival.5 _ Y8 ~, f" l9 L4 }
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for/ t. n' t7 @( h5 Y1 g
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.( I; Z3 f) `3 H) C9 c
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed6 C6 O! G- S6 r4 e
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the9 T1 X o" f! s3 v6 v, T
festival.
+ m& J4 c1 q' d3 m5 d7 H, ZSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is& W0 \. A# b% O+ c
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
L+ X" J2 R: ~are physically fit and ready for any emergency.& F" E1 {7 x! l+ ^8 Q A0 l2 s
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training! K y% k+ A7 s6 P1 C& O
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
& d# G- R U0 e+ I/ [# DTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be" M, M g6 F. u( |
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as0 V1 ^/ E$ }) k
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival: \. b( i6 t3 t+ j5 l/ B
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
