Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
7 q3 z, X# C6 \& i7 m. awork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft y1 E! B* ~. n9 F& a5 R
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.4 ^- p9 D) _% W7 P: U6 s7 p1 M
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
7 L2 k8 W# v9 _) s% o3 J; ?artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
4 r' e! S2 ]5 g5 @5 `Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for* y( ?& P# h ]
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the* Y5 V) A1 p, }
recyclables.
1 F4 E. j1 U. ^% {0 s& mFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be. J6 X9 o9 F/ y1 f: v: l
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.- ]6 V5 h, x8 j8 U5 K# z5 u
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing7 n$ t8 d% n/ x: ~/ u0 v5 S
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late6 [) k+ K2 A3 c' t5 } J: R5 S
hours are part of this crew’s duties. S l" H6 P* H- q* x$ B$ ~
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
! L8 E8 u0 Z& m4 qfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for8 f1 U% J% _/ Z" A
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
+ V! m) ?7 [- A6 q+ u5 Z& tOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed: f7 L. s7 C$ j$ P9 W
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the; f; e1 n* K8 Z8 X
festival.
! x2 |5 F% l. z) U* x- ESite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
/ `. k. T8 k4 D0 ]. Ooperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you6 ^# |% y1 {7 u, e# V4 b6 p1 {
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.1 m3 R% A, ^8 t
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
- Y, a+ A0 A" a sand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
. S6 G3 U; ]) f ?Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be' C* O: f5 v& `$ @. \- N
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as+ J4 W2 \" {- O+ D7 f' H3 w' h! Z
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
