Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the' A* a- ]* D. l+ k7 R) B

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and, U; r6 ?& x; c
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft8 x4 U( M1 n# |' E$ x- u
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.1 g$ J, t8 S2 R7 V: J
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
, Z" b; G9 ]) Tartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
7 x$ }0 j* ~. ~ R4 M$ MEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for r" u5 w$ f0 c+ l( J
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the8 V# j$ K+ J, d: v
recyclables.4 v; O6 ~3 a' Z
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
; a% S1 |8 A) U# e6 Xpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening./ T6 u' s# m4 L9 W* n: E: h! U
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing# u- e. J3 l: l* j$ M# L! V
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
* s2 T2 N" C l* Yhours are part of this crew’s duties.' @: K% J8 m/ |/ _5 }

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
! p, t' T, D+ Q- _, G( Veveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.2 v; B2 p% w) l+ t# I8 _
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed/ B. S% O4 X& o0 X6 z0 G A
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
/ H4 b3 g Q9 @( ~" i0 X0 [( [festival.2 H, x1 N% t* }
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is$ a0 | _+ @3 @! X- _2 h
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you. c" |" R0 N8 B- o+ g' I
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
/ o5 }$ O$ m! l3 x; R- a+ A( x5 NStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
# T$ [- [- O5 `7 T% X- w a/ O6 c/ mand/or understanding of back stage procedures.$ x U {) a5 [8 n) f! G5 K; W' S
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
/ o0 D: p& ~- Wrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
0 W3 J ?' ^6 M7 Tairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
# e& x: z ^! w5 y( y( o6 h: Tstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
