" P$ x: Q4 F* f) qtheatre, U of Alberta, Jul. 21, Sat. at 1-4 pm.  The casts are led by 2

4 T. F- O- x9 Z3 B* b% j( T/ V9 D" Jinstructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
the
Cantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding
2 o: K9 s9 x0 E9 _Achievements
in Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
Development
Council.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The

7 \) X) j& i7 ~% D2 R2 \) lperformance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a
! R% Z+ w6 m/ b2 h' cfew
songs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
sold-out
/ B+ ?1 [$ h8 Q! k9 a8 ucrowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
