JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
& x7 c5 v+ |) HOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
) J1 L7 t5 f+ T
5 C+ p; j; O3 \2 p1 i1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

* p8 w* d" U' Z1 @0 u3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
) Z/ D5 {+ ~2 z# a' fCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
% l: _2 U' \2 D( ]; l5 pdeliveries.

, s2 ?/ @* Q0 l7 c5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
# {* V, t+ P2 d9 V8 t5 ?/ Fshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
% u. z9 w! K% k  b
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
7 ~, f" z( i  W( T# l# j3 S! }
. y1 v1 e. w' q+ R6 O2 j2) Previous experience with food inventories.
+ T" k  h0 d+ y- [7 }- s4 A4 T+ H
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# w; B- N0 m( \' y5) Good public and staff relations.
