* Z3 V. S: @1 z& Z- i, qOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

: g; G; A- H" s: L! pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

9 f  T0 R; \6 S! H1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

" h/ J/ E0 @9 F( z3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
% r4 }" O; Y" R" v0 }
1 b* w' E1 _+ j$ M) [4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

; n/ P& t: r  j5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
! ]# t$ @! b4 Y( S5 k" d3 K( s  E
; W: W# _; s1 B- S6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
! @; y; @" X: q/ Z) R. K# l7 zshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

* m3 R# C" j: p3 H5 o7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
7 B* m6 H( N5 e4 ?  p1 i0 kManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
! N  A3 _' B) v8 s/ m3 a$ L4 A
1 l6 z% K2 _6 e6 P; P/ [! q1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
* C& A. L5 Q6 r0 W; l% X  H9 X
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
% ^4 u0 V" M5 X0 p, N
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
