JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior ) l2 B9 n0 d# F
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

0 ^3 f1 h1 p/ L$ V* JDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;: I$ e/ C8 |* R; q5 G: W

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
& y% d4 _4 {# Y% y p% x
. s9 `$ H% S/ g2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

+ G' |% w- W" f3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by ; A3 o! \( @: R% I0 Y
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

$ f0 R! [: b! C5 [3 j6 Z4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food
/ J4 J7 f L3 {deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

4 |% _" b3 J. U7 ?6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating $ o8 j$ Z2 w- v/ h0 e
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.3 b% y: H( G+ Q$ @" f

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations # D. K$ H+ V& V4 \
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques./ x$ x0 T# {4 [% i" X/ w. N
6 a6 B7 M1 d+ F+ G" h& |; g2) Previous experience with food inventories.7 w; F7 ~: K% V, N
+ B1 G' W, R S1 S) h4 o- u4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.; i+ R) a* J9 ?" W
% ]% H7 S$ O" W6 p
5) Good public and staff relations.
