JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

' U7 z& j4 z1 B4 |4 b$ x9 v& Q7 wDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

9 Q: J( Z7 R: X6 b1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
" f  `# }7 N! Z
) q+ h8 b  N% c$ Q9 M( I2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
& x# ]$ X: W3 S. J6 W7 C: rCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

- F8 F* ^& N) l0 C. C6 i4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
! b+ S, S7 S' X8 D$ Z7 _
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
$ Y: g' x1 X* Z: Y) A! |8 r
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
5 B) ]+ s0 l# ~shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
& U. m# A$ P% W. Q2 }3 N
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

, e4 P# |* s; S" W+ R" lQUALIFICATIONS;

( e& D* ^7 m8 g1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
& u; G: Q* C- V6 p+ P
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; p7 g. h: P6 J/ a( M  F5) Good public and staff relations.
