Food Service Worker I - RATT
(Line Cook: Friday Lunches 11:30am-3pm)

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
2 W0 c1 \) M+ V# ]/ a6 q8 vCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
) U% o2 H. J  p0 e* U0 Q
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
0 s6 P# v2 h. p5 k% T+ Y: `/ V: hdeliveries.
# l2 B. [: w+ ^, D$ u9 @! r
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
+ ], v# v% Z, }" N% B2 y
( E6 z, Z# U! E5 |7 w6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
( P' r* H3 h& ashifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
$ F' ^# y" ?5 j1 d/ {7 K  C
1 n: o% F9 I% ?4 B2) Previous experience with food inventories.

6 C2 h+ o" G$ s4 k7 c9 P- _4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

1 P/ P# [! |& O8 H5) Good public and staff relations.
