JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

- h/ f% h, Y7 q  y; J8 J1 u+ e9 TDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
' r, k9 K* E9 V, k! a
# C0 i- s5 j/ }1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
$ C' _- V3 h+ |0 ~) h$ y0 ?. B
3 ~% y' ^; n! v: J3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6 S' x; q+ A$ R9 `8 ?6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
) O2 ?  s" t  T0 |6 V, lshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
  S6 V5 W% ?# j' T: Y4 Z, i- n
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
8 a2 m4 w7 c" S3 w& r- VManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

/ n4 `" U* K5 S2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
