JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
& }3 H# d( \; Q. |" b- zOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
: ]5 e! u% c; c( y  z- }" F- }: ^
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
* V/ W- F/ L& t: x2 K
/ A. ?, h: ^. R. N# o1 r% V( s1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

. ?* K  Q' T% k  N, s8 R2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
- J9 T( {4 a' A
3 G" _8 m$ P& g* D& l5 V, O& q3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

9 N/ n, H! [% A7 s2 b7 O1 Z5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
8 ]4 o, ~3 \% b- a- \  F
& N9 W+ [0 f$ f5 E" U- g) s9 T7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
) U1 o% F/ e" Z8 P! p; f' M# eManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1 v; }* a& k9 R# i0 o2 c+ E) l1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
