( q4 w, B( E( J  `  P/ `$ hOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

0 N4 N7 @2 _; T) D' sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

" a' K2 W/ x9 q5 e. m4 N; I1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

  e7 M6 J: x# c: A" a' M9 M2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

1 ]! t( n. T: E3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
- c4 c: [  d, `  A) WCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
4 @& v, d# {" j2 j. n
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
7 I0 L6 }# o8 @% u
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
7 w* U" J- R  Q; M1 f) X2 Dshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
+ w/ U5 p7 ?: C; V) `# b) ?" q- H
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
3 g4 q  U1 S% Z- A) l+ U4 L4 q* r
3 `! p% ]) B) E% w! Q) a1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
" L+ g% {  C$ v7 M) F0 f. @; }7 B
( u2 {9 e  e7 k$ L7 l0 f% f$ f2) Previous experience with food inventories.

% ~* c9 X$ s7 `, n: U9 N) s4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  o+ l% F6 D9 C8 Z; l3 a+ J. M5) Good public and staff relations.
