JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
" p& x* x( n- X# |5 GOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

9 N9 @! f/ `8 j# @( o( sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
2 n% i4 m! D+ D) r1 G/ d4 b! N* @
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
* x+ ?1 t, x' z2 A+ a: w$ B
' q3 \% T+ W1 j6 ^' E0 P- ?+ s3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
2 q& ~& C4 r+ TCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
0 V: h7 E( i4 X9 a. k- U
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
6 q+ M; m6 w5 h( A! j
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
  u2 ^) O5 e# k/ g+ l2 ]1 m6 Rshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

. t. N/ `( i7 T0 y8 B% A0 D7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
9 t( a  \0 D( Y' x
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

* y  U7 W, B+ C* w3 \9 B4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

3 Q: ^, z* t8 w, a" n) x+ X5) Good public and staff relations.

meals purchased for shift breaks
