JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior " E" j6 V: D) H! O" a1 L( Y
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

8 |" e: ^/ C7 Q) [, _7 j0 s( ^2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

5 @" l& A+ Z( F) @3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by
) ~( Q2 V4 ]! G* d) OCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food * @- r6 m4 m) L# t5 z
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating & t \1 r% ~ z- y* H) E
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.& ^* U4 [) l, l

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
/ s/ m; D1 f7 _# }9 C3 r6 T# w
2 C; i1 e5 \& q2) Previous experience with food inventories.
8 ?- i+ Q% N" h+ M+ W- U( w$ r: ]9 B r1 H) i
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
# B; e) j5 _& H" o/ t; u5 k3 B% A }; s
5) Good public and staff relations.
