JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
% I, L6 Q0 W' N8 e: X4 i( }Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
! y5 s6 ~: U' p, \, D! D: [
6 B- ^% b- O& s( I. k6 _4 g: q% {2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3 ]3 |6 l9 A' P3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
0 A5 H+ |" J+ GCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

2 F3 {* h6 B, z0 W1 d2 k# p' Q4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
: c5 g; }- }& M! K; d. vdeliveries.

' ^' J: g) ^" L0 W9 W# _5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

! h- G9 W; z5 S7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
3 [2 J5 j. X0 z" ^* O3 E, JManager.

( Z  `, {* G) C) y) m$ g- |QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

; v4 V: O" H5 {& ^2) Previous experience with food inventories.
1 i9 a# i# P; T; \0 S$ P: L% Q
1 q6 S4 k* J$ F. d$ \: \7 M4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
* P; \  \  L4 B9 }" i* J0 r8 B" j1 e
) [. _7 ^6 O; X! Y5) Good public and staff relations.
