$ K6 n( t% Q7 c9 p+ OOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

2 _' S$ [5 I5 P9 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
6 e% Z# e* z  ]4 m
% P1 B/ r7 r5 u- D% b6 x, N( y2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

, S( [/ u  [. U$ X! Z# {+ H% }+ ?3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
% Z5 s- c' l4 [& Y5 ?9 a9 v
. D% a3 ]9 h; ~# Q4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
$ s, _( R6 |* d  ]8 `& Adeliveries.
; N) |  l6 `% t( L/ f
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
- S3 m- F/ ]  Z% u$ A! r3 P9 i+ c
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
8 ~7 L# i7 E8 K+ g) \7 N0 Qshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
) J3 t2 |) M+ F: N
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
3 O& g7 W) ?  L
0 z; \: `2 Q+ {6 a3 H( d2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
