Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

0 z) B; @# L4 x2 ZDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
" ?, M  q) |4 v1 ]- b* P, Z/ Z
# i! o0 d) j! Q" m4 Q8 i  V; X1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
" h0 r$ Q( _- {8 J0 e
) n6 y4 l# d1 Z3 b- K8 |) o' c/ Z! x2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
& {3 {* i) e$ n2 tCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
# y. a( w% r( b
/ u0 v6 s1 ~3 {- q' @3 L+ j0 X4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

; E' ]- R- m! m6 M$ g& a5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
! B6 A: h6 |+ T  d4 xshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

: ~9 _2 A9 k& i" Z/ _2 D7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
7 K& i9 ?0 r' F
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
0 h$ ^2 x4 e: ~* A
1 h. x0 @. v8 W+ p2) Previous experience with food inventories.

: c, [- F6 }2 y4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
