JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
, T2 o+ [0 z8 @% T1 F3 LOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
* ?8 U, |3 C5 k0 ^: k) r
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

9 J5 l" |9 i$ s7 p+ ?$ }2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

% @0 E! t' N( t$ W; w2 y3 ]3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
1 @0 ^5 k9 Q1 k- O7 \Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

' M1 Z- H% x4 C" T. f# N- }4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" y, x( C7 i& h! A) S9 S) Qdeliveries.
  A3 C0 ~, Y+ @
, f1 \6 o& ]' I& S6 H; e, F4 D5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

# B/ Z- u- i8 S/ x+ {7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

' h" k' o  w4 h4 L1 p% LQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
0 t" T/ D4 f, R8 g; b5 m
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

August 21st 2006/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
