JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
8 {/ u1 f% z- Q9 g3 Z
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
! L, `: L* G+ R' N4 u# v9 x* i
) Q7 d( \/ e/ K2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

: I) J# s! F8 B& Z3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
/ C( H5 c/ {# I- i' bCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

+ L: f& [8 _4 r) }4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
, @/ _$ }; _  P; B7 U3 q3 L9 Fdeliveries.
( r- f2 D% C- N" P+ j; I9 Q
& o; W% Y0 \/ j) }2 }1 {: G5 E5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
; f1 L9 ?3 ?( e- M& rshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
( U6 w* s) R7 s) z1 y  H2 {8 ^Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
' o; b% K, Q( t- U, J
5 J  \8 b2 L1 G9 c1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

5 ]+ I/ I( S3 E4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

% g  f, p" j% y2 p0 z& J2 ?5) Good public and staff relations.
