! p( }6 L, M$ r0 y0 n/ e- O# JOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 h4 x: r% g( {6 V" P
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

. R0 |& _2 @3 E6 Z! ?2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
6 L: V/ q" g+ R+ u7 `* R4 f  `+ MCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
& x+ Y3 o3 W; `deliveries.
3 L+ d& G: l1 m- N/ ~0 ^' x
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

: D. W5 B  ~" _3 p2 I  e- t7 L6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
( Z7 q; R( e- A2 Z6 `8 Tshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
( @  m7 ^* `# C2 v3 P
3 H& l' M% `; o- X# D( ~$ l7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
% g  O# y( S7 a0 L# M# F$ r% `Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

3 X) o/ @- y* g7 G, k* _' e1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
/ Y! ^# f1 n1 t7 [; U' i- R% r, Y
3 o9 H/ u1 d0 F9 Y& ^; |, l( q2) Previous experience with food inventories.
! ^% F& h9 `3 `* w
/ `/ K1 D6 v/ a4 f! V  ]4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# H# I) Z, v9 j5 U/ r2 \( j5) Good public and staff relations.
