# n7 [* D% ~! S! T0 EOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

# ~8 q- |, S) n: U) sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
" i3 u: ^( w  H$ M7 D
. ]1 Z' ]4 K5 @1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

* f1 i3 J3 q$ w! ^" ~2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
6 C- @* z9 f+ l2 o& p
1 m3 @0 z5 K7 a/ M$ G4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
! p) ?! |3 r9 D- j4 m9 }9 qdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
0 k% _( M$ E& k
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
+ o) @& O& p" M( yshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

. ]+ ^+ T. b# g1 r! n0 j  }  m7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

1 V: M, S" ~& ^( O" D; {" J5 f
; j( i. U" q0 G& E1 K: [2 K1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
; B0 N- P# K) a9 L4 ?+ k6 U2 x3 l
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
8 a7 ?  W/ e7 p% ?* a
$ z! l7 {* }" R2 q; y: ~4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
