( q4 X8 K* f% ^+ `2 f" a9 v4 uJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
2 B' Q5 u5 p- m/ ]2 UOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

) C5 U1 o" W1 I, }' v9 d8 _2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

, `% h% J) u- ~1 I5 d3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
! J' j6 x7 r2 l! ~4 Y9 d. }; ]deliveries.
& X6 x* b+ }4 e/ l4 x
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
) y1 o" A$ [" I
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
* C4 H0 [, y+ L' B4 l( gManager.

& f# j0 H, |3 i7 r* V; aQUALIFICATIONS;
0 P% \+ d) F+ g* f. N' M
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
8 a9 j: E; S3 p) r5 a1 `( `- H
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

+ B- A( R  S, B8 H3 }0 {4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

- @' D5 x/ \" Y! Y" J. e5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
