JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
( l5 I, M& S- _  jOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

1 ]3 F2 A) V8 o6 ?+ v4 ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

/ e9 B/ S+ G7 u! X1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

- d2 c  f/ M9 {, Q0 D' E# Z7 L2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
# {/ t- g* C4 U+ _% i" j
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
. ~$ J( b. P0 l  @" `) e% kCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
+ c4 I1 \" F9 J( z: _
2 x' N! b+ I5 R4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

' t- q: t7 \9 D% n1 |5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
" Q0 M9 f2 c, v# ^
+ W$ ?0 b0 `0 F6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
- T+ C3 f. |" p, Jshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

$ n6 f* D/ M! e! \- T2) Previous experience with food inventories.

0 J! q+ B* T4 J, h4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
