- V$ Q0 M) E" A$ Z3 {0 LJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

: |' q* `. Y  m4 sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
* ]8 s9 D) ~0 ?
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
1 Z" y+ `! L, t
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

: n3 _% ?, k* z$ H& N0 x6 F6 I4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
3 |5 t& u8 A. [1 w' P$ t$ \deliveries.
9 u2 K2 A9 H: V5 S' T
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
1 w9 y1 ]) L0 Y8 [4 g7 B6 Bshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
, U3 `9 f4 b% _" D( O! `Manager.

7 n. C# ^- \4 P4 {- W' z
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
7 j) B1 h; O) m) ^" T) {
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

- e) k6 q+ k' Y1 d- F4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
