- F; T- x9 D) \9 m, t7 X4 |Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

8 O4 w; _2 V  {7 k  r3 j/ e1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

% G1 g& I, y% k6 |0 e' d2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

, n" z5 h5 q- B* \" ^3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
  y2 X' \: @9 s$ _* q+ bdeliveries.

# `2 k  U) h1 Q6 [& w6 ^: `; e, V: N5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
; c$ v1 r3 j0 b0 D
8 f4 F/ k& K( h9 F7 T/ O2 t/ d6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
& G9 k- W' K/ b
( A. T: ]* k. j' b7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
; z$ F4 O* d2 L( C5 lManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

/ F  @* i' |! ]% h1 `# U1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

1 J% b+ w7 Z7 y! \) a0 d2) Previous experience with food inventories.
' [( @( v) E. N
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
' m  \7 m& ~1 h' v. r2 h
' X& b' U- a+ e, b& }  k, D5) Good public and staff relations.
