JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

' x; ]1 {( L3 v! \3 L0 CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

- _; C' q- ]6 ]" l  ]1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

9 N( A1 w! e: E2 Q; W3 J0 B2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

0 l2 @, E8 f6 s5 z8 m1 {3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
6 D" t% X! N9 S" p4 Q  `  YCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
) D6 j4 M, D1 ]2 n7 |& w& r3 }1 D
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
# F6 h; t- g' k3 Mshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

: Y0 o$ O6 \% C! k0 g1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2 m9 J% E& ?8 ^9 o2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
