1 g! s& s7 [, l6 M( PJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
0 F- ]) S7 H; h, n( s
, w& m# K& [4 V# O1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

6 z) F9 [% _1 @/ s8 W) [2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

$ n3 Z+ x5 J1 T+ k4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
- [9 V# P% [! Y( fdeliveries.
4 |# U1 N; Y. d* Q  t
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
- Z( g2 j% a$ |% H( f
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

3 W3 @& i/ J. e7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

: U; H1 s6 y9 d; g4 i+ b5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
