JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
+ G4 a: n2 ]2 P& g7 Q# T4 T/ dOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

" y  Z5 Y* d6 P( L' i. R; b' b$ `/ oDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

2 }7 U* U+ B$ y2 D4 {2 n8 i0 b+ V1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

9 T+ `- g2 X: _- G) f4 \7 P2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
3 n" _2 k0 f  r1 o
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
) a  F, e: A- |/ |+ Y" }
3 T9 G  i" `. j0 _2 j; b/ T: E4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" t5 ]4 U0 `0 s, o6 Z6 ddeliveries.
$ q7 X" a# \% x6 ^
4 ^- c# S$ z9 m( U; P% R  w) q5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
% {! X% x# E9 x/ T$ Z) c5 ]! U+ ]
$ k; b  ^7 F2 l) F6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
$ U3 d' S6 O- |0 V2 e& Tshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

' X6 d$ c# |) C7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
5 h, G+ t: P6 `/ m0 MManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
5 X2 c4 K1 o* X0 x
' A6 j& R  H( ~9 p, {; @2) Previous experience with food inventories.

1 a1 x/ s9 ?5 V$ |# w4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

0 C: X* J4 A* G. c  E5 l! q* z* a5) Good public and staff relations.
