JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
, }, D5 U4 C+ A) M. t% oOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

& P7 @0 G% l0 s+ QDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

, P, [; N; Y; z* t& U" Z: A1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

- _' W/ F3 H+ Y! Y9 a( \6 m  o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
- W( G+ Q" H2 O- a' e
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ T+ C6 A, q' X7 ^, Q' u; G1 SCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

% Y( @  V/ V7 U+ H1 r: a7 A; Q3 h4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

. _3 l1 L4 u7 i. \2 W0 K! R+ \6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
9 M) l8 n  w0 u! r) ^shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

1 Z/ [, o% ^4 W" G5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
