, f& j" N  y& p* w% ]9 zOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
4 B7 Y/ k2 p7 B8 v" y5 L/ a
) C# v2 u# F, [7 G, t0 B1 Q1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

7 A8 v" v- h' _1 ~2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
  \' o6 X% V, ^6 Y' b
# O  `* F1 ~* }7 j1 V3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
% m9 ]" V/ P2 l( @, \% c4 lCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

- v! G' K* F! L( x. f4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
: f2 G/ O! R" Gdeliveries.

0 E6 `/ t$ E- d" l& \) o3 ^5 l  P& [5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

/ s3 v$ x; X3 y6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

+ a8 S5 S* _& c, m" ?
& a; t8 N  ?3 U7 X1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

$ p5 [( F& s; X8 B) g2 ]! T4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
