5 v) {9 _, v/ V5 t) pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, T1 @/ z+ x% B+ i1 g6 d; L3 Y9 i
0 e* _* w" D  l' u1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
5 @8 G! a5 y0 ^/ u# m/ a* N
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

; \7 q1 r# J' [9 h3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
) Z6 Q: [% J2 }8 D7 b1 J
$ q% o' Z' S  A+ I6 p4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
" a) h, E# H' o+ U! m" C% a
4 H" C7 l: p' g! P8 L/ F5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: B3 {7 d, @+ p; Q( ?: zshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
' z5 I) }: o. O2 d) A; t4 |; q
  {  C" |2 _0 A+ L  M7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
! |1 R% e6 R8 L/ ^# B6 v/ U
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

; F- c0 O) n4 A8 }2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; T& `' Q. g7 B5) Good public and staff relations.

August 21st 2006/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
