Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;- }2 Y: o0 q& f2 C! B3 F2 H+ {- u
" b) I9 M/ g7 ?! ~5 S1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

+ }$ ?! P8 B9 K2 S) N* ]9 c( o3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.! y- e. Y& O# _& A! z2 J
( k* X5 d; G/ b. k; _6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating 0 E" B( ^' k% q c+ S! T+ s
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;3 M$ c$ H& s* m& T8 h
4 {$ k. ^, h" l: _1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

5 E* ]% ~! z# T/ j; F# ]0 v2) Previous experience with food inventories.( E5 b1 P' z2 j8 t
! n% v: g1 W2 o- u4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
