JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
" P: `6 }6 L4 N* Q- mOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

+ c7 @4 x9 T$ \+ nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

; z5 s$ `0 Y* _8 i3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
% t2 m3 Z6 H/ i2 q* [
' T! }( d+ H7 S4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
2 n. U! X  r8 a( s- S; Jdeliveries.
+ S6 E# R- q; m$ `. }9 C0 N0 Y
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

) M! y- k/ M3 G1 L+ i, U$ G( x6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

$ V" A! v3 N2 z) H7 }6 N/ l
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

5 ^6 r, |6 p- j' R2) Previous experience with food inventories.
9 G; t+ P# i0 |* G
' {3 O" s" x4 a. o- F4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

9 E0 d" J' G0 `5 |$ l+ a5) Good public and staff relations.
