Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
, P% t# S) [1 J2 l! d9 ^# \
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

" s8 S) R: h9 r# N2 q3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
) G7 h$ J+ @% P' y0 DCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
& c) j% d" Y$ g# g  M0 e5 t# I9 T9 udeliveries.
5 e: j& F$ S, l+ i4 Y) B' Q/ n
* |9 |, ^9 f1 ~; x4 Q" \5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

' S  w4 B( T( M3 S& R5 l& Y6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

/ @( [& E0 o. _, o8 a7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

' q) z1 i: Q+ N$ T* T( D
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

) [" t" D. Q  o1 B  D2 G4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

August 21st 2006/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
