JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior

! |, }! L3 W$ y+ |$ a# qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
  a, U! H4 `- o& ~0 z  I
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
# m  X% l1 n! Q
/ z; P( z. B5 {5 ]) T8 o, k! [2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
5 \2 b6 y9 E' ^( t' y4 w
( `* q( E/ W* X; W! D3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
' r8 y& ]) Z) b, R- C5 V/ QCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
; ~) Z4 f5 y" |3 `deliveries.

0 P4 p8 t0 [* y' \5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

+ Q' u0 {5 F7 q- I6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
# w- b, C3 N0 [shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
& G  R7 q0 _' a: R- H: B8 d  \- J
; n. M( N$ R' a. J+ n* {! k* C5 \' _7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
; ~9 b2 [1 u" a* M- lManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
# \4 ]  w7 @/ I0 w
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

" K8 q7 G# Q/ r. X# k% t) m' e: k2) Previous experience with food inventories.

1 D7 A% D+ p- i" G! u3 h4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
* M6 }3 i$ K2 n5 y
# P, Z) ?$ |, R3 U  x5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
