JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior & ^3 v0 R' T" w* L2 o3 z
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

" b6 ?, X/ k: P3 l1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

# v0 I2 \) o2 r2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by
$ {7 M, R A) [+ u/ u7 jCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

' N8 d1 f: C/ Q5 B) ^# v. ]# k4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food
; U' P0 g( ]# f; n: _deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.2 T' Y1 p9 K& A- [1 Y+ M* H
' l4 p: o f- R d# J6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating , o' D) M& Y: ?$ Q
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.1 e; Z9 t! o! ]8 m$ X* `

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;/ |$ v" |( i" ]5 l" `5 o
4 v4 ] Y& V; O* Y" g5 t5 Y6 \9 Q1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
j/ o; s# U( z3 { b( F( u! n7 g5 W! l3 S
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

; b: R, W m n7 m! w( G4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.1 l4 c# b2 ~+ B. ]3 j
