2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.( z2 g* s/ E4 z7 V' c0 g
# T, \# @7 L: T9 ]( X: x9 y( M, i4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
