# `5 }% ?" [5 K8 W. EJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
, b& I$ [6 y6 B9 B% M
9 g4 Z  K! Q: N  F2 b4 c( CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
2 S' W7 c% W" T! s' r4 d" p
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

2 x! n: F6 d. y* f! K' t& |; |5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
: B9 D9 s( K1 w
2 |) J5 s8 `* ^8 v6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' X6 e/ U8 s7 Y" t6 B0 [+ F/ @shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

" }8 U8 f  g, D' ]7 y3 G0 x% W7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

. W5 V; B( G5 I$ _! JQUALIFICATIONS;

# O6 x+ i! l- g5 O1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
0 z- w) V3 _' K3 Y+ w% v2 v7 g
  Z. o% R) u& b2) Previous experience with food inventories.
7 z; N/ r, ~9 g+ q0 C
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
