JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior 8 j2 W2 R3 w6 h5 V
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

& k) @: I8 c( R# s5 e- [DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
( f4 x& `" a7 l' L8 `
/ h8 l& l8 b) [+ o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.% u4 k7 p9 l; `( U5 {! P' r3 A
5 P# J# ^- L0 |3 u& n
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by
, }1 I( {' W; L' NCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food 6 Q2 ^3 n% |" y$ _, t: b( x( [+ y- O
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

) O. S* @; I6 b6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating

QUALIFICATIONS;

+ c: y2 B2 Q1 Z6 e1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.. p8 l2 j# v- {8 C# f a
8 K5 N/ t0 R% W+ K6 L2) Previous experience with food inventories.
# y$ b: v t( \" U8 r4 B0 n6 P- t9 i9 j; ~% q7 }3 n
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
