- X" _9 V! w6 n8 D  WOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

  l( E* h5 R# x# e- x) ?7 I1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
: ^7 g# d3 m% e' Z" T
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
8 w! R( Q. _- c! h5 V7 |( XCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
) ]) b% H4 x) f* [
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
8 Z' Q* I0 x$ [, r' U6 v& E+ l
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
) n0 w* B$ a0 u* u4 o' M
0 C  h0 e0 g0 q+ a# j: g7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
9 X5 ^# p7 i0 ZManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
3 s) ~) i+ V3 L3 u+ F, h6 E
2 J9 y, }  ]* Q2) Previous experience with food inventories.

- y6 [1 A: A9 F2 {4 d+ e7 o1 b& B' X4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
