JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
' m- X5 J( H; p7 u3 COperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
( R0 I4 A) M9 D* q
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
  I& x, w6 @. y" U2 Y$ G3 _/ f
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
) h5 m! c% Y: M' @9 D* ?
  k% z+ u( M. E. J! p8 G4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
0 I) @2 t$ U9 c, e: `8 ~deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
/ K) M  s# x% u+ P) ]
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

1 O* K+ U* G3 ^$ K. z  O2 w' ^% R7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
! d' [' a3 J) t1 C. m$ m5 DManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

$ ]- i" O* B  p; R* z1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
; r# L( ]9 g! p" P
3 m5 U. J" Z  R5 B2) Previous experience with food inventories.
& Y: Z" K6 b0 Q) S6 x$ a
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
