Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.3 \7 q6 L. P. g

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by + }# m" B9 _3 r% ]1 g

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food # A2 G9 g( G$ t: `

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating / Q; D! y& a' v" \

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
