3 v2 V: }# T1 G5 I. B  S, ^JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

8 V- f& ?4 s0 L, v# CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

+ s; Q* |1 U/ m! \7 ?' x1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
: v" p6 x& q" |
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

& u8 B) ?0 }5 R8 W9 I3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
$ _- M& B/ Q! ]% h1 [deliveries.
) u7 T9 B$ p1 b( d+ k; \% S" ~6 f
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

9 ~2 [9 }' K# P- n8 U' x6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: v- w4 p1 Q9 `8 V" r) ishifts within Powerplant operating hours.
" m" X/ h0 n% p/ Q4 Q
# g/ m; R& u. N" M# R3 r7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

  D. C) Q  t% o, c" T/ k6 QQUALIFICATIONS;

" u% t) y) Y6 T* l2 d0 S2 U- x1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

7 R4 H; n5 X1 t; ?: p3 Q6 U" b4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
