JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
6 B  i; @0 \! O( o" Y$ g( N$ eOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
7 h) h+ I( s* k% g: i; F
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
" C6 w) n  ~! H' J3 z9 a$ p' [3 Q
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
: F8 F; l2 F# K1 ?8 ]$ Y( p
8 W0 l. [4 `9 Y& V+ @5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
/ j2 j- G( Z) K1 s3 H0 vshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

% w  `$ u$ l0 w: }) _- a7 m
6 h" \: v/ T: g- A; A# N1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

. _8 h3 w- R- |7 S1 J. V7 R3 A  X2) Previous experience with food inventories.
$ _; A- S, u7 @& e: \5 U+ [
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
% ^# b+ n' Y; I
5) Good public and staff relations.
