JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

6 g) K5 v8 f  {! ^7 L1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
& ^: Y0 S- p7 g3 j3 D6 X$ a8 e
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
+ K+ @1 X- }) Z$ v
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ G: w1 j6 t  e- m' pCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
' E; j+ _( B7 X8 Y( \8 Y9 d
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

3 l& v9 s1 u( u( j" U2 j7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
" e3 o7 m# u0 qManager.

) L8 b+ C# U' P; I+ n+ M& @# UQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

( A; V" S2 a/ n- b, r2 Y# P5) Good public and staff relations.
