Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

& ^* m- z6 P  v, g1 NDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
' V0 V4 h* k# b
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

$ T) l; b+ _. T3 X3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! v2 d9 c: P9 V) |5 r6 E2 `' j2 N
- L5 M* D( h6 I$ p9 ]) E" O& Z4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
6 D5 j! W0 @! ?8 |7 k! Kdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

, n/ R( e: i& M/ C3 X6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

1 F/ g& X% V+ q$ i7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

: x  g  \# ?) v; G' p4 dQUALIFICATIONS;

+ t3 O4 i9 Z6 P" q. U1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

8 D# C! n0 T& N$ _& Q# Q+ d! v, [2) Previous experience with food inventories.
& y# u# ^& C( \, [( _0 |
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# O$ M3 x: y- e  ]& {2 z  h3 ?4 v8 L: f5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
