JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

. I: q0 P, D$ A% mDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
) {& f5 C9 Z, m2 D/ p% ]4 ?/ d
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
3 W2 w! l: w) g4 k" M& S0 d
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
5 ~, |/ ^. p9 K+ N$ kCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! d# A+ h& I# q
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
2 N# M# I8 y6 y  C- O& K% Wdeliveries.
* U0 {2 F# @; M0 e9 U6 `. l
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
9 O5 i8 ]3 z+ g$ x  ?
" ]% m' T9 m9 @$ W7 R% s6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
9 l2 I. O$ K6 A% Q- g& L" jManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

, @5 b; }) q. z1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
# r! Y0 v+ u) K+ [1 i. F- D
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
% B' w" ^; @: w7 f$ O  ?/ [
  g$ Q' C! b; K8 R4 _1 @$ {4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# L! D+ t. m  J8 ?4 U5) Good public and staff relations.
