2 V, }1 o6 G. [  {9 mJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
  d7 h- u$ K) b9 a0 y' eOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
8 ^6 Q6 ?8 M0 E8 O& j$ x/ l
3 I9 }' y. Z+ P! Q2 ^3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
' A3 ]3 z9 u' i4 B6 GCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
3 \9 i3 t( `1 z' N9 R8 e& q  \
) X8 ?, Q! ^- u( x1 e4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
& U) Y# J( ]1 `& v- ?0 c7 ydeliveries.
& F) v: I: e5 N4 V" ?/ K
1 x' |2 p% r9 w/ ~7 u" `5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

8 V: S) x2 p" s3 x! x6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
% n6 N4 _* C2 F' v# mshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

0 s2 h; o: O2 P' N% h& l7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
9 m. Z& J! g$ }9 d6 |Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
7 @7 {: x6 g6 H7 w
6 g+ f* Y/ U: J' h1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
% H* p) p1 K3 G- ~
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
* v* S0 B0 b1 L" i
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
' ]) y) y) T# b0 ]; E: ?1 H
& G' m! |8 _1 L' H9 h5) Good public and staff relations.

  s  O8 F; H( w  U# k+ {August 21st 2006/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks

Shift: Friday Lunches 11:30am-3pm
