/ r1 h; b1 h% SOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
, f; m) ?3 ]2 r& W) w; F
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
# q) B* a- c4 p4 C& |1 r
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
& Q7 ?1 E( v3 b. w
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

: b/ N' ^' y  d' I4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

1 Q2 x7 @9 u8 W- m+ p0 v* o& V8 a% v5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
, O. C+ ?, P# Y6 i, _
$ m# K5 b. ^5 v6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
8 c' s& X/ z2 M% gManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
0 I8 b) \2 m& L
4 p& k2 o1 z4 X0 t/ h& N1 y1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
$ z' z; v0 W9 w+ ]
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
