JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
, p# P1 Z' e3 G0 Y6 i4 ], QOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- k5 `+ }5 @, B8 c- x( p9 \- p5 P* G
# Z$ A& f/ x" ~& \; U" P9 W! w1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

; d' v: e9 ]4 Z2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
; G8 F6 k. {: g8 \
2 ~: _2 ?7 s+ f6 f3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
- |2 T4 Y/ o; Z# R! \0 S( d# u8 G
( Z( `3 C+ W% w! L6 c: p4 o4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
' V2 A7 v9 t- Z! U" ?deliveries.
/ V* }6 ^& u4 }! I! a# B3 g
; T: X/ h  Z& f/ k, a/ |5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

% K8 p8 V6 N& ~4 m7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

9 E3 c$ o6 d# k4 z5 ^- Z: q1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
2 \* r- q& u, ~) k0 b$ b
5 s8 [& N/ z, `2 l2) Previous experience with food inventories.
* a" t; l, a. t; I" z4 j  D% N
( ^, E. c2 n1 _. `; c  b$ V: g4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

2 R3 z, [0 L# j3 |* l; [5) Good public and staff relations.
