Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

! X1 V* Z* P2 g; P, V6 f0 t0 x8 lDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
8 U- j* f- F2 G) l5 ~
, _2 P: D3 V4 m& t1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
( L* P- f* A9 ]: i! v8 o# {
9 l  Y- y/ o# e: G/ j8 c0 v: T, s2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

! y9 O8 t' L4 }3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
( q1 h; ]% g' \1 D  z0 jCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

7 ?: ]9 z4 L4 A5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
4 |, K4 U- @+ m8 j/ O9 r
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' _3 S& R5 g# t) u0 e3 ]shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
1 P! U: d# j4 v9 R  U+ _Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
  ?5 \2 L* t; M- W! s2 I# {  j
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

; v, M6 L1 \* N( n. @, `% p2) Previous experience with food inventories.

& I# A8 Y8 `  m" p, Z4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
" J# p5 y0 ?! V
4 s* l# c( X0 ]2 {6 V' E5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
