JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
% ^  V& p% i" Y0 p. s
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

0 E: A, v2 _1 r/ E( N; Y3 @2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

/ \7 c' g+ D4 N- a- Q. ~* I3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

3 P" W) R) j+ c4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
4 O6 [' i/ n! O3 c# U! R/ H; Zdeliveries.
7 h* O7 H2 _5 |, D6 n+ b
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
% K  n% H7 K3 h9 e
6 v' V' ~( p% k8 B2 G6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

& |+ m$ b0 U, |/ u( R1 I3 h7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
: j/ x( b) p+ z0 o2 s- [
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

/ \3 R" _8 K, W/ w! }* e3 |2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
