JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

$ g1 [, E4 `; L* J# B8 D/ DDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
! T& u8 d7 y% u, T/ w
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

' X* J0 N: E( J) @+ D3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
: f# e3 m& f! `( J+ O; j" WCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

% c: C6 d# d- ?) r5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
8 u6 O/ r. d. Q
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
, n$ V; }  y: U, i& S% u5 yshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
) P+ Q) K) p1 f8 Y& n
9 M/ p( I3 z; e: R% G; F8 O7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
! ^0 m& E4 ?8 \3 q" U: YManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

; a: y+ |2 z$ I1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
" j' A. \& G4 b
1 a, q! r# }% x; ~4 O9 G# |# _2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
, I1 k: h+ x/ a# F! E2 b
5) Good public and staff relations.
