* k3 D# I8 w. n$ l# hOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

6 o- U7 y! _) h. `1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

9 N6 v) V: Q: [8 M2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

  M' J- n9 q+ M9 }" {3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

1 L6 N/ f! S7 o! a0 v4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
6 C: i; m0 e8 |! f8 C) ]& v! l
' j  h) w2 G# m/ P: M9 x6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
' f. g) `$ Z0 A. J( p0 F
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
: m# F& E# q( ], ^$ i. r' N7 FManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

# X% s4 M6 {7 g4 A* G1 \$ u; ~$ ?1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) O% v+ Y2 K7 S; Z9 t' K: I
7 T1 G7 N( j' i( }; b: f4 O2) Previous experience with food inventories.
$ ?$ h4 }+ f4 }4 q, t
0 @/ d% u0 y# k6 d4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

0 a$ G6 {% I. m# G1 x5) Good public and staff relations.
