JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
! m6 ~3 S# M( B5 ]3 R
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

4 P3 j0 L8 E. f: t  S1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
! Z- I8 O3 G1 n. }. S2 u8 x8 s; W) T
  P% F8 \, ]$ p# C, o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

- w$ A* @9 u/ T' l3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
. o+ Z% f+ l# Z* r( t# {
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
* Z0 |/ o0 z4 N" N' j/ G, F- k
& b3 e4 ~1 z: d, z( u  k6 O5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
# ~, {( B% x& y4 Pshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
+ h! b4 ]8 C6 i
  N7 v$ F5 l- I/ [7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

" r. \5 f- z9 C, Q+ h3 QQUALIFICATIONS;

+ z8 E- z/ R% i/ }2 s$ \2 F1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

; p, ^- J7 a3 h' t/ L9 N) i2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
