JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

' e8 v! t3 j0 e, I' T& K) B6 t) a1 yDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

* o7 F/ C9 z$ t! `4 G5 w; y/ ~3 ^1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2 m- @! b' e0 `; L& [* H2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

" l. Q; j2 d8 |3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
  ^" l# {2 h1 rCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
# F- I7 @8 L+ H  r4 a
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

9 e8 X6 _4 v/ P. ?5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: h* F/ ~" u; cshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
& W; O6 x6 H# n2 s$ ^, ^: ^% g1 a; Q6 LManager.

& p" i, d7 c$ d6 P5 u
7 R/ w' b' {6 q! v. @7 l7 a1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

, i& ]" Q0 ^# G( v* M$ Y2) Previous experience with food inventories.
; @9 |* \: _& C* ?$ ?$ L* o9 H
9 [$ D. S# l9 Q6 o4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
