Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

# j/ O7 J# Z: Z+ O- P& B1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.6 R/ j. B$ Q0 g0 }

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food . i8 w) Z: e1 p% r# j1 S4 M

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.9 |, S" j }& ?) c
6 c" n2 [3 D, d- q" \( Q2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.. q4 ~/ B& _- {+ S

5) Good public and staff relations.
