Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
( z7 x: ]0 a' b
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

, a" ^* v0 u- M4 N- C- W: V- `! C2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
! c- D: b6 O1 b; i! M; T& j/ NCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

6 W# c2 H& k: Y/ K0 a4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
; u( l4 \/ X0 ^( Mdeliveries.
. I- p) g5 h  H7 j+ Z6 I0 K# w9 K( s
4 V- y+ r, M: ?  B5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
) G# x+ @, _' ^, _# B6 d
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
4 p( b3 g) q! W  IManager.

6 p* U( A0 n7 H9 v4 \$ TQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
+ I2 g$ P$ F3 U3 f) K8 a2 J' G
9 h0 o% d! _+ U. g4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
' i% Z5 R% I' Z7 I8 B2 e

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
