JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
* L" ?& |: s& ~# l+ H% IOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

# B, [1 X3 `9 v+ D# qDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
2 B% L8 L5 L' T4 t
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

% s/ ]: h4 W" y7 k8 G1 x' t6 @# q2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
% q7 D7 v9 ?$ T% j2 G4 k4 U
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
3 v+ ~, U3 Q/ z* j& e) B, sCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

5 R) T( N  x" i8 z5 V( x" Z8 S) z4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" H- q/ F3 X$ D1 E+ Hdeliveries.
9 L% y1 `+ W$ T+ `, S
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

4 o* D; K2 q, U# [7 r; x. I6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

* c& s: c5 @* p% r0 f' I. S
% T/ J6 U/ E( U0 G; k# H& U) ~# r1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
