JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
. X3 U) h2 [: N0 Q  e% tOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

* t' P% c: |4 O: a# ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

4 ]( u) e  S# C, ~) ]1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
5 B! C3 L$ g& Q, l# n
( L/ T/ o, s% S' B3 i4 k2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
& e2 v& O% x7 ~6 UCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! @) a  m( V: @- v; ^. o: _
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
% s5 P$ v+ B& N! q
- C( y+ M" Y, ~# @$ j5 R: t, P% G3 p6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
0 J- t' @, j- J" B6 [shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
" s7 T% j: }* j) e2 w+ g0 P7 u
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
9 [5 g9 b# b* p' U, zManager.

% v; z, ?/ B. o4 E1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
% f4 \! l' o9 {8 }% g8 s8 M0 k* I
& h* t/ p; w" m3 g2) Previous experience with food inventories.

, d9 z. Z6 A4 t# U% K4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
