Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

$ _8 Q' M8 Q6 V. T! Y) hDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
% v3 @! ^3 s/ W: I% V& p7 L6 l
0 ?4 L- y9 p9 z3 t' @1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
, R- Y- B6 T4 u: @/ m5 G( ?
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

2 F8 G; \& b- |, q3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

: M) `7 c. z6 `' Q$ G- K4 D4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
% i9 r+ o6 p/ I, [; `/ _deliveries.

+ U. M' x1 M& q6 w+ S5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
0 `' U6 {8 |/ @  {8 R: g
; b6 j! C/ G1 k9 N6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
! t. y8 c, m6 P5 VManager.

' ~  Z' Q% t4 ?- j$ v! @QUALIFICATIONS;

5 f* m! u, Z, r% f; {1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

$ c5 y0 x, u3 w  ?, t" e4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

: b6 M7 S% c7 q2 q' r) S5) Good public and staff relations.
