JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

- Y# R: o6 m, l( W" {. @DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

  I9 s; J* c+ ~3 p2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
2 b9 ]) ]0 {6 v! w& w8 J- k4 CCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
/ w; ~) ?2 q( p2 K4 B9 l( o/ I% b$ K( c
# y+ {/ i. w  p9 T4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
# m! c$ a3 \: D& ^# \# j* t6 Cdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
. N2 P8 V: B7 f4 G: J$ Q2 d
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
+ F( i1 y6 Q* Yshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
- x( Z5 h) K7 pManager.

) G- B7 {! e% Z6 T) W2 J1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

3 _3 ^4 h/ z; l# |* G2) Previous experience with food inventories.
. Q& w2 `& a9 V: E8 N
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
5 l/ E+ b* T7 J& a1 G
9 R4 x6 \7 J9 U* O! x) {9 u5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
