JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
; q. w" u) E- }& rOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

' ?' Z6 v' O) g+ n6 L1 i8 q) X) u1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
1 ~1 a0 g( K- P1 [
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
  g- e' ^& q, Z) f! D. OCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
! H; p( L" d/ _: h8 c5 }deliveries.
" E% Y& g6 {. H/ n
( Y- h9 b# I% v5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
' `/ R2 }  V* r/ Z* S
/ W2 R2 L! X6 ]& m; n$ P/ x1 g6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
/ g/ R% M, H0 W& o, x6 cshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

2 i. A- K0 X; L. ^7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

# l/ |- h2 u. U* y+ F9 I7 |2) Previous experience with food inventories.
) W& C% M8 f1 J# i8 `4 v9 T) ^
8 @$ w$ T/ S: M5 I" t  `0 A4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

6 ~/ v$ j: [8 _) I. ~* b5) Good public and staff relations.
