JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
5 {& r  P* y& a% D) j1 }' rOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
7 R" d6 ^. k+ ]$ r2 i9 L! z% T: s; ~
. ]) c& y5 P& {# r/ U2 {' b, s/ G3 ]7 X1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
  j1 K1 @% g. e0 {6 g9 t$ {
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
8 m) C7 o* e: h( f' P2 r. j6 P! t
! y2 b) c( k* ~/ m9 j+ y$ `3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
2 H) c, T: h# y+ n- k
- a# C8 f9 t+ q! i9 ~8 p& q4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

2 N  o! h- m3 M4 f2 _% u- C5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
- B7 |2 w& H# o
/ S* m" x4 Q% i, `, j) x6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
, f) P% Q1 \6 \9 `1 M  z+ ~& Ashifts within Powerplant operating hours.

( L: f( @* ~$ P5 j1 z5 {7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
, H$ r) `% N1 q' qManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
  }2 q: w2 ^3 F& y  F+ C, j
6 _  g+ Z7 y: C6 J* K1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
: }. V1 G9 W8 Q( V+ l; \
$ U- W1 I4 q" l6 p! P9 J& m4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

& X5 O, K/ D: [+ v1 q5 ?; d8 ]5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
