( X) D+ \: ^2 x9 c& vOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
+ }! w: E4 f5 t8 f, R
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
. e2 a* o) h% E: O2 ^
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
8 D2 }, S( N% r" D7 z( }" B
: k5 G9 g) K- c2 H: T# v3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
7 y7 @, M) i) o: ?Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

4 o. b5 z+ }  w; Z& K5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

1 A; o( T; r0 `7 k6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
$ v7 Q6 @4 c3 h+ y: q- Zshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

6 @: E7 X- L: v8 y/ j0 ?7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
: d+ D0 x2 f0 o& t1 Q& I5 ]Manager.

7 H* \0 G, _8 V% m. JQUALIFICATIONS;
* G/ h  ^" V9 h" H, D- _$ x
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

: J- T7 O* Z1 K# q* s. _2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

. r, O: M! ~+ t& ]' s1 c5) Good public and staff relations.
