7 y# {; C- J! w1 UJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
5 u7 L+ L6 ]3 E  D3 I2 H
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
9 D& v! Q' \; G, |8 U4 B+ i
; T- Z3 h! d2 Y, q$ o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
1 B! U" W( R  \$ N
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

1 j+ h2 }: L$ W# P4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" ^. P  H' w1 f. s9 n& [' Qdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
! \* L' i0 q1 {0 K
3 @) l: U9 m& f: B4 |6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

5 m! f5 T4 \' l4 J; PQUALIFICATIONS;

5 s6 j7 K' F: k/ h2 O1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
" G6 R9 Z/ J; c  O3 L% D7 w
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

' ]2 R7 A( u, f4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
5 |! {' h6 ^1 h* m- p: s
7 @6 i0 Q; {- L* F5) Good public and staff relations.
