JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

* U: X5 ]& i! \" @" @4 e9 G! ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1 w, N7 P" ~5 I$ Z* j
6 g9 B3 Y7 d. t; s/ W6 F1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
) S' B- L6 a3 _9 P6 W* s9 a
( f/ v' Z7 X$ ^2 K2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
( \4 y8 G! k/ I, x, zCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

1 F( g1 E/ c3 d( `5 u6 B4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

9 G5 A0 Y- _7 l* W6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- t/ {1 ?, i- R5 J
8 m* j2 f' {; F, q  P7 T/ J. c1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
2 E0 C$ S9 P; j: M9 D
3 Y( @0 C/ Q- |1 [9 U. W9 _2) Previous experience with food inventories.
2 b& b* K2 x; m7 s# n
2 a( |; r5 n  u+ g1 b/ Y4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

( b" z: L7 i3 C. p! a5) Good public and staff relations.
