JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
0 f: F& i! Z, O) q7 X0 u2 r: o' B: jCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
9 N& }3 j7 Q' u: |
. Q8 q, d. e* ?& X4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
4 a! @* f! A* h3 J7 hdeliveries.
  r# I" C  D" T# b; F. P
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
; {" S. C+ n. b5 s4 {5 s- m8 ^
$ O; ?0 ?& z0 \7 U* g) z6 E# m6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
8 P, p. `7 _7 X6 _, H  @* _5 mshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

! ?# v2 p6 ]0 Y# t: n! e9 S2 Z1 o7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
' i% Z  W! n, b0 i
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

. n5 s, r  L% k) d2 A/ K2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

; L9 y, z( t# r5) Good public and staff relations.
