JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior ) u9 d7 P! T- K+ s
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;( t7 i) |) e# n" n! L; T3 e
1 @' `* h0 m2 d( a' |1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

* e" D2 [9 ^, w: ?1 u' M5 a2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
1 W# Q5 e/ {6 a$ v* z; y- B0 R5 c; g7 J8 `, @
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by
8 e( e4 w* j; L- Q1 u5 ^Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food + d7 y3 F3 F% g: I. e, N0 Y
deliveries.

5 o# ?" E# k0 n& w5) Assist with monthly food inventory.4 A. g- g9 m- B q W, [) ~
( q$ d0 A( n1 F4 U6 ~9 |6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
