; Z% L  D, Y5 b+ F* }JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
8 y& B0 p8 J2 _Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
$ f6 z7 S" c$ A3 \9 y  I! x
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
- e5 X0 Y& _. N" V. [& S  V, W6 u
$ N: m* _" M2 n  }5 b2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
' v3 P. D9 t& r# S4 v
+ J! B2 M% [9 W; k* A0 o/ R3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
) Y6 I' r# j: b4 D2 G9 B: oCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
' Q. X! w3 n% K; w- M( k5 D# adeliveries.

' R' E0 I2 I, @. T7 S& \5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
/ w4 T9 d! D* v1 u" p1 x* g
* D/ y2 U* U# K6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

3 P* `" q% ~! y7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

# i: T2 ~3 s0 H- {4 C1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
