JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
; j% G7 b+ U5 ?Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

6 q: W6 S, Y. G- R9 d3 P" k/ KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
7 M2 H# |  W/ J5 X8 U! w
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
$ N# p% g( ~' [' v1 I
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
- A7 c* e6 G2 A1 w7 yCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

: r- }) L3 y8 O7 J3 F& |7 V4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
* f% v8 W2 b0 x8 qdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

. T/ G! I8 @, u' G+ n/ g6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

4 q5 u2 B, k1 K3 t3 Y4 x0 o6 y7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

5 D; E' A4 N; ]& w
6 N4 K+ E% m% p1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
$ A5 T2 x8 U" X. k% k# Z) \6 ]
( ~2 E( K5 T5 N9 ~" f8 ?" k2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3 q- K+ R8 {4 Y; w. t' s% H4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

% Q! K2 H' y5 r( y: F5) Good public and staff relations.
