JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

+ n1 e% ?: X+ O" R  F& I7 E1 G0 ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
8 j& E" f6 H( B3 _5 [
9 f0 P* L% f8 \! Z3 G/ I1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
+ t  e9 v8 v6 H: m7 nCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

) V. G$ O% ]& B1 d7 ?6 [4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
) J$ c$ {* a6 ?2 P4 E; U6 i
- L" }8 y% s  w  w7 N, z5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
, z, L7 N5 `/ x$ \& Y
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
1 n0 S4 B. m9 Yshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

$ O  i& e# A! n7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

% p9 W2 h5 {" Y( V4 T2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
