JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;' o# U# [6 X2 H# Y, w

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

8 M( \ n q: p' ~. N1 J2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.% y( r. e, V# W. v( `% O
2 l% Q2 q4 g Z0 }6 g- s5 n4 Y
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by " k% e, j9 }8 x* x4 `; z3 a
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food 8 q( _* f, j U
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating ( B2 R# s I" A* l- U
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

QUALIFICATIONS;' N( D, s: \( K6 h

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.3 `& k9 Y7 f# h

2) Previous experience with food inventories.( N+ i& d r4 `% A0 s
9 D0 v2 p$ w0 r# g4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.' f; d& n/ H D
9 H& j1 L% P3 |( N* F5) Good public and staff relations.
