JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
, n/ [* N# [1 H0 ]3 @" tOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
+ x2 g. v# C1 n& @" d5 j
9 g4 `# }: O) {, M1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
7 q, Y# V2 ~8 b3 c
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

% c3 m. ?0 }! i2 ?" t* U' u$ A4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
+ |) j1 {( {- d* x/ _
0 |4 i7 I: D. A3 i+ ~- e- c; F1 A$ ^5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
% e! ]7 V* k- B
2 ~  }% B; s& w/ _4 y6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
; @0 z3 ^/ B6 b2 N% a- k3 Y6 j: m" d
8 l& ?2 W5 ?! Y4 z( M7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

+ E+ l( P2 Y/ C2 X
' n/ y" T1 b4 L6 H; D& [; M. z3 v1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
' Z$ E3 g% d" X* ]8 n
6 ^, |* U( t5 d) d" ~2) Previous experience with food inventories.

& a/ R. V2 P( d4 e4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
+ s4 H6 ^2 b1 L% `' q
5) Good public and staff relations.
