4 U+ `# u: R" FOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

7 Z: E7 j7 B8 z1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
. ^2 e* a: u# ^3 _8 U' |+ A& M
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
9 {9 |% K: ^# X# E- Q* Q
$ u+ {: s5 E! f3 O: m3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
+ M' N- Y; [) B1 p1 ^shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
% {7 K# X' W  u  y0 a7 F7 iManager.

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

0 Y2 ~" G, {0 D9 z4 d% I2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
