JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
) |4 P8 y$ H$ n! VOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

% Z( `% d" _9 o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
6 b4 M; K5 D/ ]# U5 e
% a/ T& b4 n9 c' v3 w3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

7 j' l6 I( ]# l( s* d3 }. t4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
! C9 \4 ]0 B1 i" o6 \3 x8 u
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
4 S' |4 g7 W3 [7 I! R
. u+ D) I% T* d1 Z8 j  ~6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
3 \- P6 f6 z0 w6 R( a( D  mshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7 j, F3 i* N, J7 f7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
6 K% r. a$ B0 qManager.

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
; t1 v2 _/ H6 N5 H. }0 J
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
) E4 D! N4 n8 z: d
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
