JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
% Q- Y9 _' G% n( xOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
% e  `. J' C9 Y7 F; q, Z% |6 O/ q
/ I. r+ Y6 w& |2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

% u2 z4 ?$ E, t3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

' Z$ e/ j1 D. T! ~; S- B4 r4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
9 _3 {' o# @0 M) I" \deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

; P0 s# n* O7 C1 v, j: _+ r6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

3 v! t$ O; ]; R1 w7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
  j8 f% V/ ]( q  f4 ~8 g0 oManager.

0 W( f* t6 d- V* z' n+ c' |2 |QUALIFICATIONS;

$ C9 X$ G7 I- p  C1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
) L' b3 B- ~% f4 N4 X. n$ O
! y% V+ R6 @: Z# i3 \4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
/ E2 V- J5 U' I- K5 g
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
