8 ^7 V+ j) X& s  ~! _$ {7 HOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
" q! f2 y9 o, @+ Y* y, `1 j) ]9 s
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
2 t9 z+ b. M9 l
& n* y5 B! w5 {  V% b4 N% ^; _& }# K6 ]3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
+ w5 y- S8 R7 JCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
8 o2 Q- E: w& M9 ?deliveries.
; I: y5 @" k9 V5 e* T4 X- i
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

: P2 N& t" j: {3 T: l! c: h6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
8 ^, i9 E0 e: w' r* \* ~% wManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
& m3 e7 v3 l# l4 ~( E" D
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

7 ]& k+ o/ A# f* Q/ e5) Good public and staff relations.
