JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
- ~0 d# K% l" I- g, oOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

! k8 n0 T; V: A1 n" X1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
3 c# ]4 K& u$ c. Q' J7 c  g) l3 y
  u3 j( v* D) y8 l" k+ p/ L2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
2 [4 F( i7 ?% z' p# H; K9 D! ^/ X
& ^7 d! o: T3 W+ t6 l3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ i2 E6 s& P$ [5 c! W: SCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
5 ?  {7 x7 n7 E8 _. Z! l! S
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
/ J. s5 G- \% z5 ]; |; [deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
' ?9 P  u/ [, k$ B! @) ~+ \4 z1 f
. R, h* q9 }. z3 w# B& j6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

+ `. |2 a' q3 w, ]- Z' c7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
. N- h! k- ]; w& |
) {2 B4 D- ?# ?8 f# T( N" V+ D. q- `# N1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

7 N) x" e4 C& z8 u" r2) Previous experience with food inventories.

- B& I: b  U' M7 f4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
* w+ G1 H- i, B: R3 z# j! x* q
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
