( @- |! d( i% ?* pOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

, A! H% F4 M9 _, d% n% {, x' jDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

4 Y3 ~- O% M0 A' x% c" r1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
0 g2 b+ w2 s- A; W2 b
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
7 v# }) z3 U5 ^1 w( T
' L4 s6 X' }8 o# y' ]- g# f  I4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
! \9 Z& {- p! G7 Y& \deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

0 k' }3 P' {$ t( C, @/ h7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

- n+ m/ X5 B4 w; g) u8 ^  @0 QQUALIFICATIONS;

5 z8 N: H3 y* A# }6 i3 e1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

" H6 \1 H# Y4 ]- v5 l1 ?  n8 V2 s4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
! I% {* m: l' ~) |! {
