JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
+ D' ?; Z7 X* y) hOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

. d+ G* a" I3 q7 l6 n- c2 pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
% |' {* B3 P3 k4 J- |
& b  m  O3 e, D, A9 ], h- F. X2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
  k5 _. X9 Z7 h; V) F  h3 R' [
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
" L* W& |, c' E: m: S) q6 f% nCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

6 h5 F# q  v1 ?4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
  w: g9 c7 d3 h! i/ H: @# b
- k# a* f& C" H" X5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

+ i& A+ ^, o' Y: \6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: e, {7 m$ a, J; B2 O, [shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

6 I4 z& n8 ^$ [5 D. i) E7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

2 B5 v7 z( j* n* C, c1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
# }+ S" G* a8 ]- ]6 V3 @
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
