. V) O1 A* F6 U& w3 gJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

* F7 t7 ^* p) k, H1 ^DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
( n* @9 i8 p' l1 ?# t8 q% z. W
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

: A$ j3 p1 L9 z6 F9 R3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
# v4 X: N; M0 b( @+ h! nCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
% b% j; X% I8 n) `. z
, j; E4 g9 O/ \1 `5 k. S0 V. e4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
. a3 l, a/ Y# i! c3 Z+ n+ q3 j7 l+ Hdeliveries.
) P  N8 p% t  a, x+ y+ L9 X
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

  ~, s% C2 l6 ?6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

  E; r: V6 Z, z0 V5 i  j, l7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

  ~) Z3 I6 J1 [- i% U) J# o/ d2) Previous experience with food inventories.
5 f9 T( E% L4 x
% e# X3 {( f% P% I1 v4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

! L" l) Y5 L. n! n1 o' b' R5) Good public and staff relations.
