JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
9 T& B/ L+ |5 L! `) O% c/ POperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
% d' D9 y: C1 p# e
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

3 [. N9 a' G6 m, z4 x2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
! J: I) L' G. V. [/ zdeliveries.

8 X9 w. ~# k  x1 l! J4 M  j5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

% Q- \+ c+ p# |% j4 a( ]: ~$ f4 T8 z6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

6 Y1 A, a& o, h# T7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

; {/ p& N4 X% ^: w+ k1 d* S3 @QUALIFICATIONS;

* t$ ]6 B# u5 N1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
& |+ K) A4 ?2 @& A
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

! J1 }- H' ~$ S% h3 o; H- L+ S  i4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

# X" A8 Y2 ]/ x, j5) Good public and staff relations.
