Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.5 w! L+ H; Z S5 _

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.% ]) R* t/ W: @8 B$ l% I0 c

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by * v& }. x0 `; h7 R0 v5 Q" C
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

! D# r9 u8 L9 R0 {7 q4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food 5 E/ u/ A! T4 r$ K0 \! U- E

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
