Food Service Worker I - RATT

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

9 p2 |+ @: j- G. y0 eDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- W' m/ `1 L2 ?& G. S, c
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

6 K& X1 B" {3 A% `1 [2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

/ l6 U7 g6 L* \3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ Y8 r( Z" G! S6 z9 J& \% `Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! W/ c% O' g( c' Q& n, D: B
  p, n/ d$ F. L5 _" i4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
( J+ t5 L( I' s! edeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
2 y$ B, W+ n1 Z' I- h' h* n- oshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
( K- R- s* d+ b! x
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
1 t7 M% W0 i0 k1 A5 K9 NManager.

$ c+ i' \$ ?  ?( Q* P+ H$ h0 w- PQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

4 K! y* }/ s' ]$ X2) Previous experience with food inventories.
! R7 o1 x; \0 X5 \8 {
0 r, T, _8 v; p7 ^/ J4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
% q0 l. K, l: c  n2 h, U) C$ ~
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
