Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

! [' a: a5 J2 U" ]! C8 ]" t3 ^/ eDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

. }( h- V9 @4 S% u1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
7 n5 H! Z8 M3 U+ y
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
5 W, [7 B0 V' Z6 |Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
& n7 G0 P3 O/ Q3 a
4 C: p: d- j% C5 J5 i9 v4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
- a' Y( y$ H: G7 p) c8 adeliveries.
6 ~% S3 }0 a& p5 R
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
7 j( @, e/ b4 Q% Y% j
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
) M4 T1 P) M2 g% a6 U5 X# f" W: ]+ ~shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
0 S0 p) B1 M) L4 O( Y8 x3 Z4 b: ^
9 N5 r- }. @+ {7 O1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) |6 U- ?) E8 [& J* k9 t
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
, c; M6 M- X: w1 Y
+ X3 H# m/ g' X4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
# S" p9 T1 ^% e8 o
/ e" t$ G! n6 @& e5) Good public and staff relations.

August 21st 2006/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
