JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

- \* x- v7 @# I$ X6 @, Y# j% ZDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
6 I9 i% i0 C* Q9 E
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

/ I  ~5 c5 {9 W- s% K' _2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! C- B. @+ g) `$ ]- F% m8 B/ }
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
1 M( l) O0 @! H/ w, v2 Hdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

/ G2 l9 C4 J  I: ~; M# @  A6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

! h! S6 ]* T6 h9 n* K& }7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
  e" ~9 ?* C/ W8 eManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

+ K, _" D' P7 a( u1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
$ E2 w# \& F8 k5 ?9 ^
# Y% x" D5 w5 D& Y6 k- f( M2 w2) Previous experience with food inventories.
8 P3 `7 M  ]: J9 K4 G
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
