JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
, @9 ]" S0 f' j, s/ \Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
. x# O) D' c" x6 _% n
% I4 n) b  Z3 H/ N$ U& p, J2 Z# V5 UDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
8 e; n& G; U8 Q" B( N2 f# ^
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
2 a5 c9 R1 `; U' w$ M
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
' ^) X& K0 u% n) T# P; U2 f/ z+ tCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

+ h: P7 G+ v& c8 L" i+ ?# S! ~. s4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

* n, v% D4 N7 C! H" c: \0 F; B0 x1 n: {) K5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

: X  p2 F3 S0 z6 U3 T% C( m6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
