JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
# S, \8 D0 p; ~) |Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

: e8 l& N6 C) ^" VDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
9 s' r9 ]0 b" y; j3 A
1 j3 z% h# g: W4 q1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
9 f* E. M3 X' t: T/ F' B
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
; ?& P! t/ F" c1 k, t: P3 O
; P+ {6 V! K+ U  N" _1 c4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
8 ?1 A: K" _; x( r" i: \deliveries.

2 C9 z# _6 u2 ^1 ~3 `5 W5 A5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

3 b9 Q: G+ |5 }& n  z6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

* G) V# x( S: Q& G7 K7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

3 c& N2 c' `1 j4 o2 b9 c8 M1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
# Q3 c) S: B4 \( x( J: _
4 O. S3 _7 u/ p4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
; H8 L# B! f$ J9 y& T' o
4 O  w6 g% `: b' H7 W: y  f5) Good public and staff relations.
