2 u# m9 P+ G) e  F9 v  C; _& JOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

% J  C% Q: t: y" E6 N, ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

1 c- C& S1 B4 y' Q0 ?) W+ s4 Z* C2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
! X9 S" j- g3 m# a. e
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

2 \/ X" ?0 s, O7 T+ k4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

4 V  \, z1 e( ?5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
* F! I) J/ ~7 o( i# f, z$ h, i$ Dshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

& x. u# \+ \. `7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

1 Z9 ?7 N* p, y' TQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
# B: n& x, w' P, F8 a2 R
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

' T( c2 V$ M4 V4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

6 T1 ^- s. s" v0 u# D# t, w2 {- o5) Good public and staff relations.
