JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior

: H6 ~; F: l$ |5 C' e0 I* oDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

, k2 y; I. v' q  Z$ r! m$ m1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
, U  T- D$ B! R7 P: V. q# @1 t0 T) FCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

, A' H7 ~3 s8 j# ]5 c0 }& u4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food

* V7 i: s/ t1 \8 w5 [; Y& x" P0 B5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
- L2 |6 |" c/ sshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

( L3 z% v% w  N' Z& N2) Previous experience with food inventories.

1 u) P' E5 w& i3 R4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4 h4 |! c$ ]5 G5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
