  @, Q9 b+ S$ t, B- p) }  TOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

7 x( v- j8 S$ d; n+ JDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

* T! s- C/ ?- J$ j& {  [% l5 W1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

: F  ?8 p, S$ F8 l! T$ L4 w6 w3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

# V' b. ~) g; n6 U3 p& e4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
% G" ^+ L$ d% G) vdeliveries.

2 i8 ?- }6 R5 r, B5 e! w5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

5 _- O8 ]5 n4 Z& W& P! W8 X' }6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
$ M* T6 p1 t$ R- y6 Ashifts within Powerplant operating hours.

6 Q, R. L) R' w7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

9 T& W9 {- L5 X, r: JQUALIFICATIONS;

1 I. }( R8 j8 ^1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

& n9 |) u& S; L: Y3 r2) Previous experience with food inventories.
7 s! {: o# S5 `7 M1 q6 K9 G2 E
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
+ o' D* g# s: h( O7 K
