JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior 8 F( M- q+ P3 E# w
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;2 m$ s* ?" k& b' Q7 f# u8 _

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2 [; |, b8 S( z5 N2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.6 Y3 x: s. a3 F, o
) H- V" |/ q: m( G# Y+ j3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by # e* x' Y! X! q/ V9 L7 E
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.* j6 g8 S k i6 `
' {$ Q; a/ d E T& T( ]0 f4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food
: l+ ?& t! z! }6 X. Z% C/ z8 Q5 [deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.7 t6 Z) l8 _/ b3 R

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
