4 R& P/ y* s  k% P7 P; s* o3 XJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
" L- u5 i7 s! z' T/ v: ~Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

  p3 d, R, ~. P1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3 |: _# {3 w4 b1 k& S3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
0 V% h- f9 u* q: O$ RCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
: \$ m) K- ]9 }  n# E- W# g0 y
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
% @4 N. S7 ?# H- T. l  y3 N% m$ I; N$ \deliveries.
" G; I& S0 k3 X4 z; `3 y
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
# c( G, q' B0 R9 m5 M" I8 y
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
1 C. s) c. L1 p* w4 r' x6 [shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
& Q' R, h7 ?( @. o! s) \  O) V
2 {* k' ~( L3 h# v7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

( V" r, F2 b+ Y& b! C5 h6 VQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

4 s2 A, T7 J" Z2) Previous experience with food inventories.
! B, {3 g7 [2 a. j, N& f( q. M  D$ g
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
5 J/ N) @. ~* N0 n. Z
5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
