JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
6 M& k9 s0 [; P* sOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

* X0 d- u4 C1 ^' Q6 `0 }1 ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
7 W6 M* ]6 i! y# f, N! y/ ]. N
$ d/ \9 a- n' \6 z9 R* y4 E( H1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
) M1 v- w! L7 Z7 P
8 t6 I- e) F/ G1 _6 i" n2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

/ N# K+ R1 V3 R; G; }3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
# \) I7 B/ F; C2 x) U
3 r& F. G8 Z  j; q' @- A% v5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
+ {: v+ G% U1 q( m* L! d$ v
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

: m( x- ]9 M" T- {- m) u1 i7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
% P1 G, W$ D/ W/ ^Manager.

/ G% }9 V% t8 s$ f( qQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

( m. x9 n! w/ S( [4 u& a2) Previous experience with food inventories.
& u7 \3 S) J9 w6 G0 E) o" Y1 Q' _' b
4 B# H2 A# u5 T1 X5 f5 o4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

2 `- m7 A0 D$ h$ D4 s5) Good public and staff relations.
