1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.* i7 v, } Q a; p8 Q* `7 w) ~
8 O6 y7 B# ^/ G d3 P3 }. A: r5 Q' y
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
