) o! i  k9 x' _4 t4 VOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

3 ?4 k1 p5 N! ^* t! ?7 \& fDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
5 `% n# F3 D! U  s( }" k
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
1 T6 r; o9 W: o, ?9 I$ {" t# V
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

5 ?# p  T% Z( _: L& \3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
/ ]9 B8 t# W8 B- f7 `# h6 p
: t& }$ f" \! n/ k4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
, V! j0 f/ N. j- h) x) }deliveries.

( x! z9 z* r/ j" h3 h! V7 f0 `5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
( x0 j2 S' ?' x( u% L
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
4 Z) O1 v0 o1 W: n2 `shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

3 L2 ?" q( Y! b& j( I3 MQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
