JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
4 O: r3 Y5 w* n% ?, e1 h7 w
* K) i# c  _! l+ E; }9 W) j1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

, S' H6 o$ _/ k  K2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

- e2 o- n/ \( \3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
& N% \# ?. Y& m( R8 }, e  GCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
! k0 `; m  p- g1 b# n. |# D% `9 ^3 b
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
0 `, ]6 Y  B- f: e- Cdeliveries.

& `* [$ C% Y& Z9 K* O: E) h5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
. J& `9 l8 p- B, y0 zshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
0 A( }# p. p- {4 e8 ~! h0 _1 X1 M) Y
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
) b4 |" N2 x9 H5 m+ ^
9 Z- W& @% l6 U1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
2 q4 [* N( t4 m  ]
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
