Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
$ ~& P5 l& R/ K" I) B/ C
1 M' w2 l: T5 l" O# F1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
8 [( q4 G% _: I* U' E/ b- e( `* tCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
' j7 ~. \5 K0 m* U+ b4 E. X9 k
% m2 K) f) o4 c4 @( k4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

& j; b' n) z: ]1 }5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
3 [+ ]; w$ k9 Y- b3 m
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
# d' l5 T1 o: |9 r8 N
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

! g; m4 T- I# E* f* q+ bQUALIFICATIONS;
, ]8 S  I4 p" l: [* l
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

" m/ G% i/ i. i9 c4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
