5 W8 q  G3 D: j0 o6 @JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
, U& q4 G: t  [2 s$ S% i
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

1 ]0 ]. a" j5 |; o2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

( Q. V- V- Y' X; X7 h0 |7 F3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
# T2 o6 l0 M7 M7 I' n( ACapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
1 }0 v: Y, D  j# w+ A
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
% g: B4 n+ H  @; q) Z
1 m) H. ~3 o9 z, ^; T: I5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

% O1 J8 d) ^7 \% c& {  z5 _7 T6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
2 z& d, z! Q2 ~  ]% cshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
% ^( B% _. v$ A: X6 l: w
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
& ?* j- G+ `4 X" m* P* bManager.

# v3 @4 n7 F/ q- }8 |9 X- Q% rQUALIFICATIONS;

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

: a5 J% G. K# M3 U* z7 @2 R6 d4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
