JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
: m; A% q8 p, W9 h$ _8 I
( u$ x8 G0 g4 |6 U2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
, A/ F' }3 Q2 T4 l  @- P
. O  V9 k7 U% ]. I) _5 U3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
; E. a9 h7 _# QCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
7 V# G3 L; [* p8 M7 K/ Z
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
3 v5 k9 s3 e* P9 kdeliveries.
* _$ @8 K) @3 n0 V3 t
& h2 W; e0 X9 |4 t5 A  \1 F# {5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
! S( u3 M4 I3 u' ]$ `
7 C7 z# J% ]7 ]7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

8 M% \1 z+ H+ _' U7 ^QUALIFICATIONS;
; \0 l: H! `$ v5 c; N! @
" T8 w5 h2 ?0 r; b1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
% w5 V* K$ w* H7 f/ h; b- \
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
