$ Z6 A( F. ?8 T7 Z8 x! k* C$ {8 qOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

( P9 n, m6 R* D8 d5 V2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

1 i& R$ @/ n' `  d8 ~# w4 z3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
" l* G2 Q0 |$ m) e3 i1 f# W' uCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
) t- A; R2 `. N" w$ m& p  W, W8 F: p' A6 f
* F6 k6 G+ }/ k( y4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
# Z& J( V' D8 u4 E5 Fdeliveries.
' I0 \' M: Z# @  I) @8 J' \
; B9 Y+ b/ D8 R. F5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
8 T# Y) ?) \% X# k9 S. ^shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

& X! R6 J5 {3 G7 c) S2 p9 V, Z. o7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

( Y7 q; O- e& V) e; A( f3 h; Y
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
9 I) r/ p* @5 l/ x& K- `
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
& a% u+ I7 E0 J& z. P. Y! d" ]
5) Good public and staff relations.
