JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

2 ?# B& X& N- X4 R( m( TDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

, B: N6 J7 \- F" F' O1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

. m: o6 A0 }/ ~% L4 R6 {8 q2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

8 O+ ]2 |/ A% W* \# k( E/ q3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
' O' c$ m) M1 v# J! K# oCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

% b! v# ?% t  h( b& O/ ~/ s4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
/ Y: j0 d5 C, |4 q! ?% S/ [- gdeliveries.

- n9 q3 X  D# m2 W. Y5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
+ R. B8 S+ h% s1 P: G/ k/ bshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

' D$ V  I. `. e" l" \# Z7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations

* F+ l( u; @, aQUALIFICATIONS;
; F0 b' r- w% V; M# N$ z
/ t' ]6 J" q) D, a( F5 y1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

0 ~( {2 ]9 ?% ?8 r% |' }3 A2 A+ C2) Previous experience with food inventories.

# U1 i& z6 k' K7 X8 `. w4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
