JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
1 R5 _" x/ t6 iOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

+ `. s: f* A, v: |* {: {$ H1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
: ?5 n# s/ p  L4 a( V( k
7 U( P. i- e4 h2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

6 W1 }/ E9 c* S$ D) |3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
" m! g  ~5 _# Bdeliveries.
8 U) o# \) I; _7 O7 G
( z3 O) Y- @! O) J6 K4 S8 ~5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
+ p, _" N6 l* O" J
. _- a; i! A8 M5 S7 A% Y6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

/ a) Q! H/ W$ [" B7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

* j) f/ T; _# S$ z7 B6 f% a5 H1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2 C- r9 y; J. c7 R2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
