JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

/ n4 ^* M0 \! ^, ]9 BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

( U7 q( ~  `3 N; d' r7 A! B6 Z1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

6 T" ~8 S) y6 S) A3 D& P2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
4 p5 T2 ]  H3 x2 \% K* k& b
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
- H7 S+ A! J1 V' Z- }, y8 c
; R' X/ _9 H5 ]7 Q. R  Y, P4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
* Q; a* A9 _# \6 w+ @& k7 Rdeliveries.

; ?, C8 b, \0 c& v5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
7 f% t, J' R/ T0 v8 ]$ a0 P
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
( J% h' ~7 e8 Z, x+ jshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

! s$ G2 G' w6 g; \! S7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

8 S% s/ H6 t4 g. T0 g( z1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
