JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
6 u* l9 A& f1 T& qOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

( C* z! z0 [; y! oDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

5 P' W2 a$ C  ~/ R& ^1 J/ D1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

* Q# |; E2 m# h% D2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3 r0 C. _3 W5 \3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
: s' z( ^! i" k) V; _Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

! ~# g8 |5 H/ U3 U+ A, f6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.

3 q, f. p' Y0 M( G" r7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

% J) Y/ ^' A& @% b$ O, _QUALIFICATIONS;
$ V* m2 h, C( ?
9 D6 q0 p' j+ A- ?9 h1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
  J; p; }, T9 v" Z/ p9 {! h
" H3 j: g0 F# L2 B0 j2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
