JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

6 G$ W6 z; v' h. K. F6 X( F1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

5 h2 f! t) N- s( v0 B  [9 z3 l1 H2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

) T$ |+ }2 I- y1 B3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
: ?) z$ V4 E0 g$ P% C7 Fdeliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
0 z9 n' ?$ q6 a: h, C$ i5 X
) C) _- ^8 m% p0 M% W$ ?2 p, P6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
: K$ i) |, D9 }- I- N& V3 qshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

" L# f# O, r' N) N7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

, n# p2 l+ q/ F2 }! u( h1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
4 x1 {( x* A/ U4 I( o& Q/ a
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
  z; x! C9 }6 X/ Z- e! d* e9 [- q  [
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

' Q/ M9 y3 x; Q1 e) S" C/ R6 P5) Good public and staff relations.
