: O# K* U% @0 s) e6 JJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
4 O: K" Z& P$ m! D$ A# i" q! p% v5 Bfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
0 y* V) m5 [" u+ G. Leffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

' D- i. `- C. [* K2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
/ G' y. x" ]# Aensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

& {9 W. Z+ @6 G3 e, j2 f4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
- H2 J7 m, k& ]/ o& Rvarious shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
2 g2 i5 \5 h8 h$ L) M& x0 H; u$ qorders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
; o5 t& ?& R( A8 N' _. Z, w0 Tdate with regards to consignment data

% L* u  X4 j5 }9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
" m/ A6 k$ f( K; D1 r8 KOperations Manager-Retail

- W: `" k$ @- }+ d& X9 Q5 O9 L9 A- i0 B- IQUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
! u0 O+ `3 T2 H4 |6 k  g. s
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

- Z8 E8 v4 E' u4)             Strong organizational skills

6 o  b4 @$ g/ L9 y* M# V5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

6)             Knowledge of computer operations
% s) _9 n# l( b7 l1 y5 l& n
7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
the general public
