JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
: L" p* ^$ Z# Y, J0 `Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
" K+ F6 q, H) |9 X# w2 y, N5 @effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

- i5 {* U" @9 B$ D! j& \3 A/ Q+ e( nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
' X: J4 C/ T7 n/ b, [- Q1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
) K: {; p: r: H
2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
2 k/ y9 H$ m; t. \ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
+ J. J0 C  I. l1 c/ d9 r
3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
" }9 C' x" g0 i2 G! b3 |Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured
! i" f2 y, v7 z7 K3 d0 R
4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
0 x4 N/ D$ X9 Bvarious shifts as per store hours
4 A2 C7 a/ Y+ I  L- x  L
5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

# v  l; ?; f3 z. E6 P9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
4 b3 J; [6 r( s# ]- P+ oSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the

  ^- }" e" Y9 EQUALIFICATIONS;
+ {4 s4 Z3 @, M8 _4 M1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
+ \1 U- C# q# |
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
& s& d" `7 ?' k# V
6 c8 n# U5 K% J% @0 h; x+ X5 D3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset
5 t/ A' X1 o5 p
8 t& n# @3 Z; D+ D* @3 w2 F8 a4)             Strong organizational skills

5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

variety of areas

the general public

9)             Experience in handling cash
