Operating Assistant-SUBtitles (Permanent and Fulltime)

JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
. N: d. k- Z1 [2 s9 m# SOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
1 w, ]" y2 [7 nfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
$ N1 j, Y( Y; J, Y2 G1 I* meffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 {& D1 T1 w# {8 {0 j" _! N( ~' l4 ]1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

" C2 V( `5 ]  Y* Y  B2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

- N7 u8 \5 Z$ h$ d; ^( _3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
0 ~/ Q2 G9 w# a( q) w* w7 Q+ W# G4 yRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
, w& o% |+ }% B; G7 F# {7 Yvarious shifts as per store hours

% S0 [" K8 |, ^/ }: m5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

, z+ i- {3 I5 H6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

2 g- E$ V" u0 k4 {- D0 [8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

( x6 t0 Z) Z0 H: x% Y5 M' @9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
7 j3 \# ~, K8 W2 H3 C& \6 P' d1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

) q- c! H2 s! i4)             Strong organizational skills

5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

the general public

9)             Experience in handling cash

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
