JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
$ [- y7 P+ \' [Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
* X) ^/ X8 Y) [8 C+ k  Efood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

( m3 ]- \& C( V3 D, _/ I: [6 F3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
; o! b& I* X# ?- P: G4 A) [per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

- i* A/ V6 U5 T& K$ o( I1 Z- u6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
4 ?+ @4 ], z4 s8 T: jOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

# V9 D' N+ `* O( A2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3 U7 `; d% B8 H9 f3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

/ ^  G! h! ^( _  j3 f6 v5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

! {& [) X4 b) L+ i6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
