1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 2000

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing
5 N3 d4 j% T& l3 j( n1 u5 l' @, oadequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations ( P$ B4 G# Z4 t
across campus, and advertising the poll locations.

6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate

7) To facilitate classroom speaking arrangements during an election/

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

* y5 U, _0 @5 W- u& Vminimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

13) To submit to Students' Council, prior to April 30, a final report ) j! g; m! h3 S/ {) m1 ^. Q& \: e

1) Must be an undergrad student registered in at least one (1) course
6 y# w( A% D1 ?1 L5 @7 f# z1 Ifor each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' : F& @+ m5 S0 o6 A8 y1 \
Union member.% N$ m. }. R; @" y
1 ?5 i% ]3 H+ F9 w& K2 ^2 I2) Must have some experience in student elections.

3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
' a- m: X* K" U7 D8 Vany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position % K5 c; V8 L6 N6 t
with the Students' Union.

5) Excellent project management skills are required.
