. o' @1 f) ?$ P; d" JJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
. N! y, n: r# c(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) o4 d: l5 f" `* R1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
+ G* X+ B# O9 l9 e7 }( t0 }& ?/ ]3 r
  V- i6 k6 D- S9 ]; x( s9 j3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
/ I0 [( y1 y& y. Iof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
- @  Z7 @$ _& k. vManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

: l4 ^4 w4 v  y- C$ z' U4 tQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
3 A' v. t1 v$ u' M# W* N
& t: i# r' R' p0 R7 c& m1 a1 h2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
+ V1 r$ o& }+ D* k- ^+ b- bcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  \. l* j# ^0 f$ ^% j0 r3 x# `4 Y9 X4) Must be physically capable.
# E4 k4 [, C: B7 b* j! C
4 K6 ?  F5 U* t5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
