8 `( E0 U0 S- d6 B4 RJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
% I8 `# `, d' y1 P2 f6 H7 m7 Aand are University affiliated.
) c5 S1 ?: O3 C4 \& f
3 H% }% P  _9 I& g# K1 |) V& q2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
5 W% _! b" L+ d6 `4 sof garbage.
) h* d5 l" M) C. f% F1 f# f
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
8 s3 F7 q( G$ O: P$ h* Q* cconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

7 I3 _, q$ Z6 Q" y, x5 B, D5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
7 H4 J2 W9 }6 f2 i% b2 }area when required.

5 K- X9 \# k" z6 \4 t( {6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

7 y4 k8 q$ Q/ n7 O( A& ^3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
