/ e6 r5 @5 M2 w2 HJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

6 R& i+ |( a" a* ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

* ?8 L9 H3 y) E5 F6 w: ?, M2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
" q! d/ O$ _9 l5 P# m2 E' e
  M7 s9 ?- R; s. D: W0 o3 J  ^; c3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
" L1 Y! f9 {8 f$ i! N
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
4 |" ?6 U$ f8 q; x/ ^, _consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

- }( z6 c1 [) @5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
; l7 E. k. R8 ]  _  ?1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

: k* j1 A, Y  F. }/ B& R7 V5 A2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
6 R( N! J$ o5 l8 W# c) g  Hof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
" O, v1 h  ^0 e5 A# z  xcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

0 F8 j$ i/ ^/ i: F6 A3 M' J3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
