ACTION FOR HEALTHY COMMUNITIES (AHC) is recruiting students (preferably members of a visible minority community and/or of a Disability community) for the following summer position: Community Initiatives Documenter. We are a non-profit community development organization operating in central Edmonton. $ E$ Y& N) {1 X WThe CI Documenter will contact and meet leaders of 30 Community Initiatives (mini-projects) to discuss and document their progress to date, facilitate a planning process for each CI to sustain their outcomes, and create a final document analyzing CI trends, strengths, learnings and plans.

Qualifications:
8 Z- [% J. b+ T: _4 @1. Full-time college or university student, under 30 years of age before and after the position and not attending full-time classes while participating in their placement.8 Y- J" `& L. q. _ L/ R/ }& L
2. Legally entitled to work according to relevant federal and provincial legislation and regulations.# I" C+ K" U/ X% r
3. Good organizational and verbal and written communication skills.5 T* U) i' l" c4 U5 ]
4. Team player and also able to work independently. Able to deal proactively with change and achieve goals through coordination with other people.
