9 \8 _& s# `3 `3 b7 ~- h: x•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

8 R+ o* \. l0 e- r- j5 n! h' i•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
' q1 \$ n: \3 d% d+ S( \  f  }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
