+ i) G5 C' ~. \% t" \) g•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
. ]+ s" ^* F! ?Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
( ?4 P  W# t) k7 b; J' p+ }5 ?•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

: N: ^% @, M1 `2 w9 b3 j2 M•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
; A' |; ?8 D! O% j( c# g. v•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
! Y' i' v8 T. z4 ^3 M•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
