POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
; t/ f+ J, h0 P' t3 e•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
! b, B0 r# z7 A0 J•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
3 K: X7 B9 Q% L0 g& P8 p+ n2 n•        Maintain employee files and records.
1 R+ @4 K. k* p; s* H( b•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
5 g6 m. o! S0 q2 V; K( O
! M' e. x5 n7 `! ]) n' _7 M6 Z•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
. ~* L$ T: p: Z: k0 P2 P•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, x) c5 \% ?: m4 X( f•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) |. k, o* S- D4 s5 Y  ^6 Z•        Excellent customer service skills.
1 u" S( Q/ u, ]0 H1 z•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
