POSITION SUMMARY:

. }* n7 p) K+ r  U5 K1 c0 \•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 \% I8 a0 u5 h! ^/ U, E2 q5 C, H•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

/ @( f1 Y. Q! [& R) Q7 }REQUIREMENTS:
7 P2 p- t$ L% L# a5 x, K
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
. {- h4 t3 ]9 p, n/ f$ H•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
. e% o9 \/ q' J, q9 x$ V0 F1 i•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; M, o9 X# l) _8 z9 C•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
+ K# U% R# i- E: I2 q) I•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
