POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
: `) o# {" z7 t2 wDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
# G6 |; V! ]. l•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
2 W* t/ O9 Y) p5 O•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
5 u  V' [! {3 ^- B8 d/ w, e
# T4 {% p. u5 D) H8 `•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
0 f2 w( w" |$ w. ?, j/ e$ k7 C•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 s% U7 P2 c7 n9 c•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
4 b# m" Y6 o0 `) Y# x+ Z7 `5 b1 D# I•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 }% s" V) E# L•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
