•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.
/ ~! c/ o+ [4 M" D! i# [•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

3 z, _. ]% _* c: s3 Q* eREQUIREMENTS:

9 P' s/ Z# P! m/ G# \•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 B1 Z: [6 ]. L2 B•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
5 f  V! \9 ^; U' s2 K•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
