$ U- y& c8 `& z, Q•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 N3 w* g9 p. u! JDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
+ X6 q0 [% _# }: U- m, O4 V•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
+ Q/ n- ^5 P# f( J8 y•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

# V- s0 H9 d9 j5 L
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
) V, x3 [/ J: Y) B7 F* s) G•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
