8 T7 E) Z' ?2 _% b. }" `Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Key Responsibilities
* z) B7 C, F6 x# a- \" A) OInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
4 }9 U2 {- n; E9 \: q1 J3 G* V4 j/ @Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work; l9 ^. q. O+ q! n- ^8 {
Issue notices to tenants$ ^" G, U$ y8 q
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts* r( d( k4 Y N# h }% A3 y+ Q+ F
Monitor repair status and property condition% N. w: \0 p; ^$ L6 i& \
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks. [) o0 e& _# T8 g
