p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
/ _" @+ b; y: V) o3 [Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
: j% Z$ m+ b' t9 v9 A1) Serve as cashier when required.

: k/ K* q' i, F( U! K' I2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
* {4 u8 p. j; Y6 b" h6 A+ M; X
: z- r# W" {: e+ ^( Z3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

+ B; a% v" R# o8 e% p7 e. \6 \4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

$ G, X5 F1 ^8 U4 g: `5 ^( d5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
" m2 x2 w% _6 [+ ~1 e
. J, E9 U1 r+ h, Y. Y6) Perform monthly food inventory.

5 J& F4 g( H- q; n# j7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

: a$ L/ c2 l1 |7 YQUALIFICATIONS;
$ b% v1 e8 X: f! e1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
8 F- f6 z4 N* Z* q- }knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

- B( e- }8 y- H. D& z0 Y# |# K2) Previous experience with food inventories.
6 u$ |- V) F" W
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
0 e3 ^; q7 x$ k8 N8 c4 o8 n
5) Very good public and staff relations.

7 o/ r7 d; E( P. \" |6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food
