17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

6 ^3 f& r( a, L7 S8 `) B8 a* @3 iJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
& U+ e* i, k! I5 W% j2 J" S* c1) Serve as cashier when required.
6 ~/ W9 l0 ~1 Z0 _( k
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
+ B% L) x, ?. R; I7 @6 ^! d
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

6 ]* W! W  E" f# J& N: ]/ {4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5 u, i% ~8 y" o8 x" E5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
0 l% z4 c* ^7 O4 w. o$ S
7 f! a  a% w, `, e+ e& K" f# \" M6) Perform monthly food inventory.
! j- M! f, z* _( V# ^0 \. c
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
5 i! h, n' x+ f  pshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

8 B* G3 U# F( T9 h- P To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
6 A7 Z) }) O# H0 N7 |8 [knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

& S( y( \5 n) X4 `& o# o2 w3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
