p.m., Monday through Friday
, O2 f) [4 z" i3 AJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
0 }( s6 F9 Q" Q8 l0 a2 a% u! {Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

  n7 A2 L. T. `DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1 y% P! `! h# L* \$ w4 F( ~1 z1) Serve as cashier when required.
' i& C; \0 N# r$ h. w) S6 V8 I
: K! a8 \) M+ z3 A2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

! ]- G. q2 i1 w5 W" {* L' A8 ?/ i: ~4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

- b; E( x# Q: A: e5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

, o+ }: `2 ]5 H6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
) u: B  o# K3 l1 d+ C9 ?$ D' E0 Gshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

$ {. p: `3 w; I  V; ~ To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

! _3 Z# g" O% _: }- KQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

" x1 n6 l7 q# h6 B2 K1 h* X2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
' `, e; I- W4 C' s; ?0 k1 \6 a4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

7 }. m6 ?' S" U6 K6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
