* J/ {' A0 L" ~- S! @p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
0 I+ t/ p: x+ Y/ DJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
. r' O4 y, l/ N* G/ A; s1) Serve as cashier when required.
# k3 |6 [  R$ k  I4 h9 L
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
4 n4 g3 p; T0 G4 @; V" H
4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

4 s+ \& K% f: Z6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

! _4 [4 x/ V0 \ To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
( R# e% s1 v+ l- Yknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
2 E: W- v# M: {1 ?. w* b; T* e3 f1 X
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
