JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:7 j, C- C! o$ D& h' t$ m- T
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and
9 s- b; ~! m% t& @. s: }. S5 Obeverage items.- J! [# ^+ N2 k( @* a( O0 p
! F4 a, x1 X0 i: H# m
2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 6 `8 L" R* v' j9 P) `8 J
bar and debit floats.1 @0 e. X; Q! h$ l3 T
( ]- W/ w3 W; u6 B/ I% j2 y4 D3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of ; D) b. T) {$ c/ U: a- i! ]' W+ L' W
each shift, and upon closing., n' \8 `& X( i! b

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
& t/ h: K- i# \2 o! s& b2 Y0 f7 y3 Xattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
8 G e2 R" A, y, S2 \seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

4 X' i/ D1 y. l) U9 j2 N5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
9 t; ^1 i! c' l0 `8 j" estorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
* x$ J5 ]2 e- e; h# g. N7 ]; Gproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.& ` X4 g4 Z# X9 L7 W& ?
8 j! Q% c: N$ b5 D1 A* B9 n6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
9 V* f+ V; U$ Y0 S$ y/ v; @& Tmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 0 ~1 \! d# p4 F; p/ C% y( R E
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a ) F" g4 O* p8 G% i

QUALIFICATIONS:
z1 w0 [2 o+ d( [: D7 v, n, c1 Y1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
* S& \' [/ ?2 ?3 Toperation., G% \6 a. d& Q: b5 N
# R' W1 ]6 W4 a/ G0 O3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
4 U, S% W1 C" o7 D& @# o; ~accordance with Students' Union policy.
