JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ! M& b2 Y* R: e" ?* @0 J/ n' L
bar and debit floats.

* F5 c8 G/ z% `0 s1 M3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of ( l3 h) [7 f& Y/ ]& \0 j
each shift, and upon closing.

1 m; t8 N4 f* p7 _, y0 v* {4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular + m. s2 P, A* W! m7 X; P7 _) x& Y

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.# s4 a) n. a2 r

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
* l8 ^; _' t" B6 J- F: @storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 2 ?3 x* t( n& W0 i6 U
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.& W9 I6 B$ m, _2 i$ g
8 b7 m. [ M4 I' ]# b6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ! b0 [' B* M& V0 R9 k( E: f
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a
9 g; ~+ Y$ f! \high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a 7 L9 ^7 U" I" m" u+ D0 Y
high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

QUALIFICATIONS:
6 b1 c* @/ v: X2 S) z" k# {& ^1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 5 }0 ]! G, |$ y! y% w) ~9 U3 P c

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 3 x4 R; W: {; N. h$ Y
