Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
{2 K/ X, [4 G2 ]/ R+ Q( bprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

& j5 K- a9 l+ P4 }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:3 l7 x& E2 \9 b. {5 W- l d
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ! v, q/ K! q/ A) W+ w5 P
bar and debit floats.. ?# w" f" X" g% ?' [
: I' v0 r" R1 m* p8 L, i5 J% F! o& c3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of ; i1 T' V$ g* o& X* o6 s( Z) }& ~+ y
each shift, and upon closing.

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol ! |4 m2 _! e( f* R6 Z
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift./ D+ B( F8 ?& ~: L: M" Y4 ^" W9 m

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

operation.
