cleanliness and order in the bar.

) u# y3 w9 _' n2 c Y% H) ]! `1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and ' |0 F8 `# v; R; v0 f+ g- }
beverage items.- \& [8 ]) |# W$ b- g9 ?4 i' Z
/ G: @% Z ~9 f2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
1 E+ R( K% I$ Hbar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 5 `9 Q3 A* H- J. i/ Z
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
; o" [1 f4 a, L' cproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

& z" p- B3 v0 n, ~4 h6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close 5 y+ `! B8 M+ }* P- A
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a " v' u0 c5 l9 {. w5 Q% J2 O
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

QUALIFICATIONS:
+ j; e- Y0 E+ ~7 H1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

/ [6 K2 _& Y; X( E0 r/ |# r2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume ( @( Y9 `5 F* T! o& W; ^ }$ \

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in i7 p$ i1 y+ c

1 n' v! K& `( d, a4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
