We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required. - ~2 u, Q, `2 f. M" Q j

3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions

/ x! l) z* _. L5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience

Job Duties:
9 T& a {+ l; @; ~: W6 }1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
; n2 Y# }3 `' X' i; e8 }1 p0 T7 z$ A2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks# P2 ?5 Q/ |% g) U
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
/ g* l9 N$ f) w; z$ f/ Q. f4 K7 T, g5 l4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
7 T! S% W) u: G! h6 J3 Z5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
