5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience2 d5 p; A5 T4 d- H1 d9 ]- q. ]) C

Job Duties:# l/ _4 Z m3 y9 r8 b( N- r- y5 F
1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
. h3 N" c+ t, t4 L" w2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
" F% I% N- W2 Z5 g3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
6 u$ r+ b5 [2 ?& ?4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices- b) g* y. `7 D/ F
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
