1. Able to communicate fluently in English
( I3 i0 ]2 O5 H. b6 L0 y( ]1 W3 K2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
" {9 d5 j, R! R- @7 k4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license
7 t3 `# a$ d3 a! e% c6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
1 X6 y4 b. N8 O8 d2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
' k/ h* s1 F9 w5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
