3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
; c1 t# m% A" T$ g4 x$ a" L4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails! {* w+ G" a$ r% A E. [
5. Has class 5 drivers license" K& Y$ H% s. g& Y
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

* {3 r2 _; F% j5 i) {1 ]2 J: TJob Duties:
4 a4 T4 u' @7 B' H, o% Z1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
E/ F) `- u6 G- ^ n$ M4 N9 D2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
' E& Z* J( ~1 J# j9 V# x1 M& D4 {6 W* G3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties+ r! N' r! |& I5 h; ?* ?/ f- y
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices: L& R, Q0 a, J3 x+ b) W* ?% U
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
