2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance

5. Has class 5 drivers license1 ]% U4 b1 v" J0 w7 _
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
: T# G/ S& ~1 c- {' |7 V! h# o0 T2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks M1 v% q6 ]2 M6 [
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
; Q/ D# x% q( t2 V0 k% l8 w2 z$ K4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
