1. Able to communicate fluently in English

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
9 q4 n- \6 g; q" B4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails8 ~) q. k$ l( q& y0 b
5. Has class 5 drivers license5 n4 ^+ U/ p: g/ B& S8 \
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field' }; _, t& ]9 G1 j' e

Job Duties:! K, o6 Q/ Q; f( |
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
0 C8 k9 F& f) R+ f2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
6 C( A! Q3 e2 D" r4 q0 ^2 u* E! Z3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties

5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
