Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week

Requirement:
- Q* u1 O! q& G: Q1. Able to communicate fluently in English
( V) W1 l& f" z: N% I; s$ \2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
- ^+ ?. h/ ?$ k. h0 K, e1 Z1 Y3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
! u& b& p/ f& p' {0 x& ^$ w4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
3 r9 U( N1 y: M( e* J5. Has class 5 drivers license
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
& ]5 C' g  A' i+ k2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
  V1 o2 z. N  j5 [: ?3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
6 L# G! g8 [% E* y. r; H! }: @! u4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
, G) P& G0 n, T: O8 ^. q) J5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
