2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
: I" H( r7 \* @: X5. Has class 5 drivers license

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
4 @7 N/ B2 ^' y$ c/ C3 H2 b: n2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
, ^) T% @( `4 Y: P. ^6 O3 F0 p3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties7 Q) J: M8 P! j2 m: U
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
