As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
' r3 s/ G" V9 Z7 T$ ?7 SMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

6 ^. o7 `$ ]% \1 i- o- HPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties. `! l/ e6 I. z+ |7 J
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities. p! [- |. S ?( v) B8 I0 m
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
/ p2 {2 p! |6 a1 ~* BSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
! P o1 J5 l* u; U* d' a3 OConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
( n9 ]: B6 t* yPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.8 W M1 u/ a2 s* L
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.& g& g1 x; t4 k
