Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
/ H3 d7 s" @# U' y" m" G3 ?Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties." O: z' P/ E" Q
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

0 T% r1 q! M& n# N0 M; ?+ ESourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
