Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.- z( |5 J4 _5 t
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 h. G8 O* ?9 I4 a5 Z

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.- B* d E* q! |* c
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

3 d. d; p* c. `8 X" OEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
