As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

· Class 5 drivers’ license

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Rent payment follow up

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.7 r9 ?2 @9 w2 z" _/ ]7 C+ J: `5 g. `
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 r& R5 U3 a) B) [; z8 N7 A

+ X, G" V) q6 ^* N+ yPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
. e0 I* ~: a/ @Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
* e3 U/ r/ N; w7 QConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur./ @" h3 {( Y, O) D8 B% `, p
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
