As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.5 C- c7 l& ?# J5 R* s4 n7 m* z
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.) A6 O; A$ e$ y

. R4 A. c3 K& o& ]8 B5 h TPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
9 l \8 h) e9 O; \8 T, U) BConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.& m' N% G8 y& Q, V) A
The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
