- are currently recruiting for the full time summer position of Urban
Geography Research Assistant.

; y4 i" H, Z, H8 q0 @3 RThis position is for 10 weeks total.

2 e2 y0 K  p$ P2 b8 Z5 C2 yAs an urban geography research assistant, you will be working on a
/ U, k- v9 Q4 F* h% j% afunded project to examine changes in access to healthy food in Edmonton
between 1970 and present. Duties include searching electronic databases,
4 Y7 _2 G% E" ^: P9 Eundertaking land title searches, manipulating databases and spreadsheets
8 b8 T8 i/ a( Q; _and GIS analysis and mapping.

Qualifications include an interest in urban geography, secondary
literature search proficiency, general research experience and GIS
" s, \) q, ^  `( A# p# c9 bskills.
