Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

7 i# `2 ^2 _+ [% Hanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
: J) a% \6 Z( ]9 emaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
5 n) y* R* r0 E5 L+ C% b7 o: ?% {6 ^admission letters to be emailed to students living at international$ J$ p( ^/ \ P3 C4 E( U
addresses and general office duties.7 H k( k7 @( w0 y& J, O
\- q& b7 h: m0 J- b3 N. z1 C0 H
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during* l" Y( w( u& E8 c# E* J
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
[$ J/ |+ x6 ?$ a3 I2 b; Lskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably: n% n) a& r3 f: Z$ m! V" S: N
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience+ n. W' w) N3 w! c) v* V% @( ~) o% o6 e
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow) {! }; K7 A7 f* H& k& p- f
directions.
