recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

9 Q6 E: Q( R1 ?# MSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

* K7 u/ x3 S% ~5 pDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
* y& b5 G) A3 q3 z" ]3 ?$ fanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
8 _( t7 v' v6 y0 u3 Rmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
2 R* `2 ]7 R% U% |8 gaddresses and general office duties.
8 [  X3 c% Q8 |- v% d
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
5 s  G4 V$ I1 H5 xpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
' P+ c6 W- {8 \' a) w7 t, T' A" Kskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
2 M* F$ e* o: p9 n( Q2 j3 tan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
6 f2 U3 c5 _; d3 k1 b) Jdirections.
