the student to stay on a casual basis (10 - 20 hours per week) once the! @- F0 N0 d( ?
school year starts.

+ n A( z7 k/ M, LCIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus8 V7 `. J( ?4 |1 f
venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies, _" q2 l# J5 b N1 _5 \
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
# m1 G+ E ~( C/ G% W; H: \participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and2 D0 q8 Z" Y5 x9 O" h" ~" y
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during$ Z3 V9 ^; w# F2 ]
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,' ^/ v. t1 z7 J; v
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
. [" h& Q: Z- a C( `$ _+ Lvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city { P9 O- |3 ~1 P' i
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city8 C6 b" P2 c0 D# J. g" Y' A0 g
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

such as schedules, itineraries, notices, correspondence, PowerPoint

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
/ C/ X% ~- n0 C/ @: l( s- qCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate* t! d0 h! z; ~3 v
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,; K, ]% d. J4 V/ h% z! ]: W* c0 [
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake# j, L2 @8 O! v3 S; [1 Z: v" ?
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those7 F% @2 L9 V/ z% K
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management2 M2 d: |" r3 \1 T
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
: _$ n5 V7 U0 ~$ b# YExcel, PowerPoint and Outlook); administrative experience an asset,
