) ~( H/ p9 _2 D/ \recruiting for the position of Laboratory Technician Assistant - Job No.
9195.  

Salary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

( E1 P. b/ n( s: hDuties include: working closely with graduate students and research
6 v; X6 A. h1 @8 }0 Z& ~technicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
for use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
* {2 V( }: m4 g( @$ A  Scompounds by chromatography.

Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
analytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
+ _1 o8 ^/ b6 a/ {, Rseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
& H# P( q2 B$ dof a team essential.
% `  e. K3 r3 j. }This position will provide the candidate with experience in biochemical
and chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
