6 k; H2 P1 k& M! C6 w3 rShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

# d/ g% U, f3 K# z+ I2 _Key Responsibilities:

. g9 E  x# D  A-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
% B; g: h( ^+ r* Q( S/ P' k  V-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
7 p' M3 V0 X) [( H) C$ p& c- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

4 k) N& D2 x+ w8 [) V- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
. g  C, q: i+ G  J% \- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
! M' X# A3 z. Y% H- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
