The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Be able to effectively perform tasks independently& q7 b) z8 V7 r- m

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
$ ^8 @2 b& a- hKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
1 y6 b2 I$ s4 J8 xHigh school diploma (Or GED)
; a6 x1 e: ?* q! ^, GWell-articulated and assertive, u- ]1 q7 p' T' e: Q1 k
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization$ x0 ]' e4 N. g' l
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
