The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.( ^+ d9 h# e! Y; e

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials1 l) w9 h5 e E: H
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Must be able to work safely at all times8 A! s/ {/ _$ g" r: Y$ g, k

Performs routine housekeeping.

Knowledge of non-ferrous processing: h1 p1 \+ V/ D
High school diploma (Or GED)) }' C" w! ?2 d! r- S5 O

Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
