4) Results oriented with the ability to be flexible

6) Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word

7) Conduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance

% p& h- J" s0 y8 j. {9) General know how of plumbing, electric, heating.

Compensation:
3 L! }7 A/ N1 OSalary: $60,000.00 Per year plus performance-based bonuses.
