Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.: @+ f4 u1 ^% t0 R( a5 k& C

Job duties:
0 D  ~0 _: I1 S1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals8 i# l1 ?/ S# G" J& y. _
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
5 }% d- L/ n2 g* ~3. Maintenance requests follow up9 q7 U1 c- S" s
4. Handling phone calls and emails1 y& ~6 u) q9 y& i
5. Bookkeeping+ _; s9 S  w! W7 ?; ^( ]& Z
6. Visit the building and enter the units0 M3 K2 S, N2 r# ^; F2 k+ Y
7. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed  i) u% ^1 Q- M% {0 T
8. More duties to be assigned

1. Arrive at the workplace on time

5. Complete the tasks to a high standard
