China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible

( g2 l9 k( q) |; S. G# g1 v+ B# @& f7 Qstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
9 ^3 p( j( {# f( ?) y9 W) }' u, H, Videntified as a student originally from South Korea ,
& s" O# }8 J3 A8 h( {4 [it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
