A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
, x/ P1 Y5 J, C5 X& F( wChina in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
* s4 K& K+ q7 t  g) m; p; K- ustudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
. D+ u8 l3 K) N. M$ Q3 w1 Din Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
