negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting

0 p9 H, @4 q, H* \8 S& v4 Z  Fstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
2 }* x  G7 r* t" O& y0 k7 Cidentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
+ U# X. I( a1 K6 a! @safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
