A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
+ M0 E9 t1 m; K0 M1 I" A+ ]China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
4 h- K+ F; f$ s, \4 c4 tnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
students. Although the gunman has been currently
7 H4 s" ^" K! u2 iidentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
