Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
) N9 S/ o9 H1 }1 T3 M5 `8 v. h4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
! O" {' X$ O; M% j6 U0 @% r8 y7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Requirements:
