8 M) q& B0 C( i( cBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
% C3 Q1 f; t& O: k/ N* a$ R2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
8 S6 D/ @9 y9 p% [% z/ y3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
+ V/ ^$ O7 \! B/ h% t8 F' K2 h4. Calibration of Equipment
) V1 {( W  R+ E& o. K0 T5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
, m; S+ u$ H! ~7 P# n' h9 Z6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
. \9 a7 y8 m3 L7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
* J2 X$ C4 ^' J2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
* X0 s* \: X2 g3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
  n6 q  u+ h3 T5. May need to work different hours
