Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

# A) M% K* E, p% s" B( K5 D0 [! V7 k1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
+ @' [2 i$ g  f! t3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
. ^& n0 L2 d7 ?/ [* @0 M7 {: ~5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
4 C8 d5 G: |8 d% Q6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
6 w: F" v0 M5 q7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
3 O# W2 f2 I3 L7 J; a1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
, l6 I0 y7 `2 }8 O9 s5 J$ u2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
7 V7 ]5 m9 y# `$ E4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
