Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* }( l$ i+ s4 }1 X. ^2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
0 A$ Y" `8 `4 x5 S3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
" R( t/ k: @7 y7 I2 p0 }% B5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
8 H4 t" u5 t( {7 [5 i+ T! p! M7. Other duties as assigned
( G. d' j  }+ Q' tSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
# S; c7 E- r- Z. r$ L2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
  i- X# }. y' O( v8 |) ^' G' Y3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
