& w- w$ l. e. |% ~0 S  `Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
! W, X! u3 B+ [7 \3 p) eDuties and Responsibilities:
( k1 I- {* R1 |, ^8 e5 C4 z1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
4 h% b/ a( t/ r+ {) Z2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
$ [# P& K6 s+ {5 X6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
1 Y' j' }0 W8 Z1 v  G+ }Skills and specifications:
) z# \* Q# y  q# e0 u  g1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
) c1 C9 D* \; A2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
