Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
5 t( R# {" @2 f9 V2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
- O9 |! X0 F9 e6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
% h+ S- y, P" U  L( y7 q% oSkills and specifications:
& h/ A/ l) A, T) ~% w1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
. ~6 x/ P! Q; @: v2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
