Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
  e, K1 z8 Y$ g0 z) c  F5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices

Skills and specifications:
, a* C) x: j- a8 p1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
+ C& `7 i& {8 }4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
