Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. e7 C4 ~2 P1 H9 b( T% m
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers% X( v9 g2 u; N9 N1 V

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
) m2 n% U( ^; u" I9 E' s0 m. @High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
