Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

* m' ]1 C- b0 v& cUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. q1 ~& O: j$ B3 C% g- P2 }
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
