Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports
; P" `; w% _ U1 i- `" cAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
' n3 Y& k" k; k9 h# TLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers' U$ n( j2 w1 [) \1 |

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant/ c$ V9 ` F4 x1 X
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures# r: i; `. L, `* ` j
Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
' M ~+ C9 v. Q& \Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy" v) K. `: }- \: h
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
7 f0 P5 g+ M; _# e9 H! m2 l* L7 d! ?9 eStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
) v9 T+ J# _2 j* _0 V4 rHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
