3 x" u5 k1 b, O% G: c2 r3 @8 FŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
& K' i2 ?% l/ E# \Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ H! q5 o" K2 i3 T- ~, yŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

( L, J: X9 \8 S# T0 Y/ z* O* SŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
7 W0 D8 P8 s9 ]3 \. MŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
. n" o- P6 C0 g, R0 b8 AŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
% G, {$ E2 \5 ^; J  GŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
) W+ r, @: T, m2 |/ z$ s- QŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
, V9 ~" p1 }/ L4 G  }3 O6 _: DŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
* l! A) f9 T% I+ b3 l* h8 DŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
! ?0 ^  F: c( U7 H$ }7 x6 EŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ a9 ^; I9 x& o% O) X4 z# B* ]Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
