Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 P: D- u$ X" }6 ~/ I2 g5 KŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
) J- R1 j# s8 K: I$ VŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ i+ Y1 i5 W, G! W" z( i8 zŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
* M( D+ u* @7 Q  S& h( yŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 [0 Z  [- T, q0 S) Z4 sŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
) r0 g, Y) R/ h: ]4 P& X3 G$ ]* dŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
! R6 g% `) g4 C1 JŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
7 p) e( g" b- r! ~2 H! ZŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
