工作职责
' H9 x- C4 W( W3 g: h9 EŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
* U+ X( Z4 r: OŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
" V4 O8 U" o5 T4 q, f# g, m7 R3 mŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
' P3 w1 P- j, m, M# GŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
0 N- _2 N: G9 {( @Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
/ N, ~* x- p$ }7 K/ L1 ZŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
2 W3 T- X' ]) G- oŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
