# E0 e5 p, l# c7 A% TThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
6 x/ e" ?% _& x) @0 B0 _$ BEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
6 V% J* Q$ c) Z* ZMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
) f3 x! o7 G* w% q) R+ Q3 POrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.

-Qualifications:
