Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.* Y x" N7 ^) k1 B6 `" q
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
/ g1 f+ l6 a5 j+ P! h) aResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
' j* E/ K6 {. D6 D1 j: M) t; m: qResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.& s3 v" t( u- b* C ]% i. Y
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
! ^4 {1 h2 c4 W8 v; U- ^' t4 kResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.9 l+ C7 \# M. |1 e
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
) H( h/ F- R% `4 G& G: D( A) Y3 iImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.* \" n8 d% U5 \' t0 E/ U
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.' e7 t7 Y( p) Z+ w, j
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
