Job Description
5 O5 D3 h, g( s# UResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking., ]6 l' E& x0 w7 l. i1 G
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
% g( r5 n4 j8 D: s# Q+ MResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
; Z/ r" ^5 F: ]& l- C) @' }2 F5 JResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider." i8 C7 q8 J% y* B' N( _( H2 ?7 u
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users. }% ~* i( \- g- e4 A# @
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.9 x/ u0 H! y) N" J7 ]2 j. F
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
1 R# y' r/ Z# W5 s+ `5 o# n# x* MImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
' F+ x' N( q, i) e% G6 [Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.* I; D2 R+ z/ \+ ]. W5 x
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
