CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

( P, y! i/ d0 ?* E0 T& HResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
4 I5 x$ ~2 \2 D, v! O•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& X7 N( u/ x1 f" `* f•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
  f' u5 P$ q6 }% B•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
. W& d6 X. b  a; X' L1 O, v* _•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ C$ c2 f! h& _•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
# ~6 b$ n  Q3 O: D0 W2 w5 \1 v# k•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

/ o8 k) H& A: _: b& p9 q•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' g9 ~+ v' h. p. j8 D( j+ E•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4 |# N! I  S0 |3 R0 E8 ^( @3 A•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
