CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

! X( z# U7 l" TResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
: ^% i% l/ U0 c3 W0 V9 W/ U•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
/ O, z2 x. @! `5 R: n" r•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
2 ?; ]; |* Z8 Z/ a7 S8 Q- n  q* M  @•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
; f) M+ D' }) V; C7 h•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
$ t) b/ A2 n, }5 Y•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
8 d" u- K4 _3 A+ r# U. h•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

& {# z. w5 k/ P9 b0 U: _Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
8 d! g3 ?! @- t+ A: L•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 H; s( w0 U( w; @2 b' u•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
