CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

) N2 j* Y7 J6 xResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
- `  E* e' e, s3 k. ?* `3 j•        Publish financial statements in time
, A. j  ~9 h5 r( j7 D•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
; r1 _  h8 D4 ^4 F. \$ w# o•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
0 o# Q6 _2 L0 l•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
- r1 y2 h- A7 m* X0 \8 e•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

- @. w0 \8 n# Z•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' C7 w& R6 V4 L5 j/ ^' @8 W. |•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
8 O8 k% \4 }% m! `6 v0 v7 m. x•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
, I- x/ ]" \8 v' z3 f  \: }, O•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  ?/ ~/ n6 V% T3 L•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- G" Y4 s7 ^2 ]& K5 H$ j•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
