CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. h9 S5 [- F$ X. CResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
0 |' C! x$ m: y& r# ^9 L" R•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
1 u  s/ f  r" Q# ]- ^5 p8 f/ L•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* e& g  Q! w/ N•        Ensure timely bank payments
; L' I# T) q* Y. O% V•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
. l6 ?8 d2 f2 ^, f•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ m" Z/ l2 `, ?: B1 M% t" |•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
5 u- @  L8 g- `6 N/ i9 l•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

0 p6 \1 Y* R, @1 @Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
1 ~3 S1 U$ A; z* q' g, x$ Y' V•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 o$ g$ B1 D. c: }) s* h•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 z& s& n+ ~% H3 n" r* R6 ]- v•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
