CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

+ Q" H  G0 J7 k9 cResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
% v  |; K; ]4 v) Q! g" A•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
, q+ a+ K/ }3 Y, ^6 B! t( G; B•        Ensure timely bank payments
0 k) X. H+ o/ V8 x•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
% E0 T! f$ Q4 b5 j" R7 v•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
0 @/ S, d. `9 K# i" R: T•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
3 p2 P" Z7 O; n) z$ a$ N+ J4 D•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
) r/ i. Q, q  ~5 z. N$ W/ s
7 d  C( Z  ^8 D: @4 [) C•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
/ v5 _9 ]0 n" B% Y' `  D$ y. X•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
% d; G+ j2 `4 Z•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
! p8 {+ V6 D9 S, ?8 ]5 Y•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
# `0 H% v, z  C0 ~•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
