CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
( L& m6 e: A7 \* K•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 c. j' A* H! `& J. Q5 T% ]$ y•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
2 [7 p' j) F# j! K•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
2 b9 M$ i% y9 h; a+ s% f•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

8 s5 I* o$ ~( b* [0 AAccountant Requirements:
7 g' x2 h# a& t
  y4 D# X8 y1 C% m/ \- @•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
9 Z" a( D+ E1 W•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- p( X7 y' K. B; p- M3 d& w•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
! g! @5 l! Y, L) ]  E: [•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
, F9 F" l8 }1 O, l* d/ B; T& V•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
