CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

: g0 e- z& A. C0 c4 s! TThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

The procurement officer is responsible for:
  C7 x6 t; ^" ]( L3 }: I-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
5 r7 V, k& `5 _-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

Requirements:
2 ^; O4 ^! B7 z1 m* A- Sound research skills
2 h( V- u4 b  }4 |/ X7 G- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
) m" O8 O. O, x4 N* c* @; q- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
8 F. s- z$ w, @% w$ [2 d- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
6 w: B7 C9 k6 ^. E, A- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
5 E4 q% D' o9 Z- _; j) Q! G4 [3 \- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
