Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
, w- J+ S7 u( A) o• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
# @& A. q* D) d, T+ j& z• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
6 S1 N6 V+ T( D# }" O% y• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
& {8 m0 q, b! f: f6 r) N• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

* `. K$ s, K6 z5 B• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
, M" Z. P. V3 H7 `• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
/ ]: e: [0 c+ u• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge

; y% Q' ]+ V: C, v• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
