Job Responsibilities:

5 C6 s+ r0 V' ], q• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
2 v; ~+ j3 R. g• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
2 E; E$ t& ^1 a3 W6 C) |• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
3 W; e& F" R' R; o4 p$ Q& d• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
2 g; w* X9 k" B9 U' C% S. z% G' k6 L& x• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

  K3 q- t0 ^9 R' C• Proven strong sales and customer service
4 V4 f  _4 g7 z; B. V" F5 `* `• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
2 f# M1 u, \* F' j- }$ I• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
7 d5 T& n' H/ O• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
& Z) }" M$ K; v. Q9 {! z# }• Strong computer skills and knowledge

• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
! n3 W* L* b: f4 O- Q• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
