Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
3 l) @) v% R6 `: @3 v" `- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
7 V0 s6 \* V1 z& R0 B# \- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
) X, d# Y6 R- ]1 \- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
5 W6 {2 w& T; n6 `. B9 Q8 N- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
