- Secondary school graduate
  o- M1 a. o* t: s# D. R2 T8 `- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
( ~# T3 P& c3 A9 f0 g5 a- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
/ L. }; U$ L- e8 J3 f1 x- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
8 R6 I% U1 L2 {; ~  g- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
1 s: ?* {$ P8 ~4 x1 g" _. u2 }- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
