) p% `9 G- Z8 p0 @-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
# C$ v4 b3 [9 `; Q. h-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
3 T" g* w4 n8 ~- ]. O-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' C2 b. A7 R( V5 }" K8 _-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
& W7 v) m0 ^6 v4 o% G-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
/ U; x& z6 l3 b7 K! L+ e-Sales Experience is an asset
: N( `4 h) r+ ?: A-Fluent in English and Cantonese
" k* S) ?+ q0 [  w- u0 @-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
