Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
4 M& a% @. y2 N$ N-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
' Z+ N3 x$ u# `  L9 a-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
2 H6 D/ I7 d/ |* `-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
) s0 r* v! L" x% Q9 P4 p9 I  ~8 x-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
( C0 Z9 f' `1 x; w" D# o& k4 E-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
9 H  X3 {5 z' b. A8 e-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
1 h7 J8 J; `. n5 ^7 ~-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
  @/ d' ~! R7 S8 e. d1 {3 H4 C-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
