Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
8 i! U' }4 I( ]-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
# _, l% _6 k  V0 s" e-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
  M! z1 a* W% e8 S) r-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
6 o2 Y0 I2 i* u7 X2 _7 ^-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
  S) L! q# @; Y7 m3 M-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
' _) f) S5 _  \( K# s-Sales Experience is an asset
# P: T" o& C/ b4 }- c1 x+ V. o-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
