0 g$ \; v: d$ P2 D/ P-Completion of a post-secondary education
* s$ z9 X2 M" I3 K3 a% }-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
& g8 W% Z" E9 C: ]-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
* ]2 G! q1 p6 v  W-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 v& t2 j9 L& o# R2 D-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
6 C& m8 [3 Q5 X7 H-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- n  h8 f2 ^, k6 V# u; x-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
1 J7 Z, j6 D; A" S4 G& s-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
/ U( ^8 W2 n1 T( ~-Sales Experience is an asset
' R* l# K8 J: A- o-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; e1 p, \2 S  Y3 {- o-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
