PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
4 Q( f! k* `# B. PConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.: i! {$ P0 ?( S9 x* D8 q: q: `+ X
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
3 m4 f* _) m9 V$ ~0 ?, VCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables./ F6 p7 S8 o6 J* D% ^6 P' Z4 R
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications
3 L) X8 t2 J% R6 X& R3 r4 `( ^Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.

Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences! P) D+ o; H' J7 r0 t" ]# X
Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution4 w4 _8 V# u! u, o1 T' \
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed2 ?8 G1 W9 @0 o1 S& h; N0 k
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming. C4 R6 a! u3 `
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
3 u0 E7 z! i. S) CParticipate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed8 ~5 q, T" V" a) G
Work with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing

Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

8 C, q8 }3 `% {3 P0 aBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
; L/ G8 ~7 [, h3 W7 g* YTwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
) H: k: r& j* ^( p5 H& m2 {Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
' h$ a$ u, S; _0 R/ X8 EExperience interpreting process control documents.5 `9 [: b4 d9 h$ C
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities6 ?. m+ ^, k# ?9 H: x. n! W" Z* M
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
# K! y+ L9 J0 Y" o, R; K }Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
) Q/ Y* [! A V5 L T4 XMechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.); R$ A+ r) b5 V- h' B, n
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
1 ]" N+ e* v' F4 C9 tAbility to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents1 E7 U2 H* R, I& q
