Job Duties:

I.        Order Related

- Check order Accuracy in time manner7 R6 W" ~$ c* L: g
- Order Acknowledge by email

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment3 B/ G" V1 X' `
- Send orders to warehouse to process
* G6 Q) x$ Z: X# ^0 R- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage; i# {" u1 U- E1 V
- Follow up and report about order status

- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.: z3 q, P9 x1 ^. R8 R5 r9 v! n  F
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
4 r7 D: @. T: y; [/ U' }# T! d- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.8 W% a8 A0 u/ C$ T/ r
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
4 G* }- e, x8 P- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters 9 `6 b5 i6 F, f4 K* I
- Point of contact with Factory in China $ U6 K3 f- n- B5 `
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
% r+ B) p- C8 W5 d# ~' O- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage; ^1 P& Y! L% a2 a$ Z
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative& i: [0 ?: j5 G( Q! F& o7 f% _
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 2 o, l- e, M( ?* h* |/ Q
- EDI accounts related work and others as required % l# f9 f  g; ]2 Q
) Y3 O, W  J5 X5 I

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
; k& j; i1 n* x7 Y  P$ b# L7 O- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures7 t2 z6 i) Q4 [7 v3 l
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.6 v( k/ Q: x! l
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
' T3 h4 {2 u6 g/ y% H2 o- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.; V! S( ^  B+ e$ D) g5 O
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.! H  x/ P* y& A- X
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
& l/ A+ r! [$ a; y$ t2 i- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.

- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.% W; W# i# L9 q
