- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative# h* ^7 n: t9 o/ m* _& [1 W
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.9 d' A2 Z% ^2 h6 ~ V. U
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
- z$ X& {3 K* L$ x2 k0 J- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.1 |; Z) p0 ? _
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.

- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
