•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
4 J  X6 _! M- M5 H' }•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; z  I1 E- j* |6 [- X•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
' s$ b- J  j( d7 L$ _6 \: J/ Q•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
/ x! @+ c! q! k# r5 t( ~•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
$ b! H, n; V5 `/ Z/ K* v1 a•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

5 ]' Y& D! ~" R* v! @Your Capabilities and Credentials
$ {+ ~* x( S  x) O+ u•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
! V& Z3 C6 h5 H9 s" i0 q# F•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
6 R+ \* F% T/ D( J7 h3 N1 ~/ \•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
6 ]- h2 y' `9 B9 P•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
8 b$ V' }  }- U( j+ ^5 I•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
5 W/ V+ V9 r6 p•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

, J& i2 i8 ?  ]. {Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
