•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
1 F. P2 O1 B( R•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
& Q4 @% J7 I+ v- I5 {! f•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
5 [* |4 b0 _1 A4 {+ {( y5 u•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
2 X/ f% e- u9 i5 U6 i( ?•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
3 z/ B1 Y& F& J0 b, V•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
! e% S7 A0 I3 P! D8 B: r•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
2 a  P( c- d- U. I$ V•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
' a5 a9 B- T5 W( k% J" v0 B5 G. T) L•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
! S1 O& _) \( I. F# ^( m+ J- }Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
% Y- u% ^; C, _6 b
; r5 J. Q- f% l$ J) d- i2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
