8 L f$ v. H1 \+ B4 nAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

U0 W& I& a7 Z7 p- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. ( s* ~ o$ W6 R& I
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. ; ?4 @3 I" Z/ X
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. 7 J0 o( N6 f' h- G5 E0 z
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. 1 w+ Q- Q6 C+ z
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
6 G+ T; q' Y' J* y" R! f. C- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). " Z6 ~, [0 G# m+ o, P

Experience and Education Requirements
& h+ ^( b# i3 F1 \0 r5 ?- M3 U$ k, B' m W* P
- Previous supervisory experience ! B" L. ~5 b- T0 O
- Strong leadership skills
, t: t: w3 V; _7 y/ { A g+ s9 X- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
( g0 Y- B7 `: l( a0 \/ M( i- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
, Y+ ]% b7 R' ^4 ~* _, p6 g0 X- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
' ?- L6 v9 N9 B6 |& j# F9 x- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
