& e) ~! L$ l* M( kAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

" B0 |- V1 }! D0 O* _- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
a0 g4 G. ?& s" _- p- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.

- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. 0 A0 R+ v6 b1 C; [
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. ) \3 g# n7 c- w- w' ?& q
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

Experience and Education Requirements/ `) h! ~1 [3 K! x3 P; o

- Previous supervisory experience 4 [* O7 {8 Z* n# }2 T1 o
- Strong leadership skills
& ~' o) V8 q1 W5 {8 t z" ]- U- A minimum of grade 12 diploma ) B$ ]1 U' n/ o
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills 4 q+ `) x) g1 {' \4 j: f" U
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
- v0 I% D3 f a, x3 t+ ^" G/ G- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.4 {9 }( ~, }" z8 Y. R; n
