8 Z+ w1 J; J8 g/ ^. KAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

2 m2 n0 W9 C, ]. ]- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. ?5 h1 v, f- U: u- ^
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
' B7 [3 O: e$ w2 x8 Q% O- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. ' w4 e( R0 e0 K7 w
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. " A; R3 j& M5 l& L" O
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
7 ?5 ?+ O% V7 N' f/ V' Q1 O- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- Previous supervisory experience
' L/ Z% I% m/ _' Y, q+ R- Strong leadership skills 3 l9 E7 x! p* k% g q3 U1 w, z2 V
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
$ V2 F3 a# d$ e# G2 K* T- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills ) l. s) D3 {0 P4 C
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
5 @' n) p( |7 K0 [" `0 Q0 C2 A- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
