0 H' m) _; j: K; v/ M- ?& O; ?9 WAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:) b. D% a9 `: }+ l) d( n* s9 l
" S1 i+ M3 N, Y: ]5 h- p- P- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. * g, |$ B/ j# F, @
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
) x0 v9 W. N! Y& c2 q2 y- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
" B2 C. y2 K: W* B9 e# P- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
* |" N% k5 c5 X- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. ?' |5 n2 L- k. Z7 c
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills : O$ d) g- u4 ~- D& u/ O$ k
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations : _- x8 \9 F; t) F; _
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
