1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

7 M- w! l& E5 R6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

Job Duties:

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

3. Order Checking according to guideline

$ r/ u% F+ z5 s4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

3 U* Q3 L2 x8 F: }6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

6 N. l3 M" a5 V* `$ e7. Follow up and report about order status

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
