( m( I0 z  w. C& k7. Follow up and report about order status

! T* y( w2 H% Y1 I; }9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
