适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

5 o# h, G: o8 c2 V6 ~; ~7 p4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR# H+ I# _- ~- g" Q2 I
2 packages yeast
: G. [; _; q& `4 ~3 `, _4 D1/3 cup nonfat dry milk! m0 w/ p" _/ L! h1 c* S- v7 f
1 teaspoon salt+ Q) g- b- z1 e3 u4 ?
1/2 cup pineapple juice
5 J. M  ~( {3 v1 V5 o+ b1/2 cup water
4 n! F- U1 ?9 n1/3 cup shortening3 Y  m& x0 K9 S5 _5 R
1/4 cup honey
/ q2 G: r) ^/ t: `0 e" Y- z2 eggs
& p, m8 ]+ E3 C+ ~: ^" q1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired6 `7 @& z5 y1 y9 W

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and0 ^. ~% z% W1 |5 z
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
. c) Z( W: c/ d( N6 H, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
, w9 t+ ^5 V3 M0 \) R; Qshortening does not need to melt.), I8 ~, X: O+ o; j8 ~; [# r
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
1 |- I0 r8 n6 F3 Q2 f$ k" buntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ! l  U. I" O" _
surface
/ h1 D* P) e" X/ E( g$ }$ \until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
" d4 ^1 C/ e5 s- R# ?turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
+ s/ m; d; {0 _( m' _) t(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
& G' R1 X) g: t- jPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place " J5 _$ ]: I+ S: S1 k  H

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly; O  S$ o( @9 V! k% w
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
3 P7 [9 K! v% afor( t. O' a) y7 \( y3 w) \% X4 ^, Q
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
