适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

7 Z4 I$ `7 @: @  x5 T7 F1 g. {) d/ [4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 i4 y  K. \6 J8 h- l2 packages yeast
2 b: o# C, l( n4 g1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- C4 U- k; V; ^, P' q& |/ K1 teaspoon salt; r3 I; g7 K4 f  T$ ]' l" O* Z
1/2 cup pineapple juice
5 j' l* c- I/ @( k3 T6 x1/2 cup water
) [" a/ U& A' R5 S1/3 cup shortening
" H3 U# V9 s% B7 H6 W' N2 Z* y: T1/4 cup honey
; {% Y2 ?) U) C& l' K; m2 eggs8 y) l9 r. N9 z% _7 T3 N
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
! k0 p: y7 f. C* ^& \/ Z
" c3 b. Q( ]/ i% ?In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and$ M; b2 J$ q0 k+ F
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
) `1 ?/ L- A& Y2 G- p0 {, A, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
' b0 N) Q$ K* E' B  @) B4 o/ pshortening does not need to melt.)
& J4 S1 q' T: h) k- mAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed9 q8 {, e$ }- s: V. T, C7 ^
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually - }- K9 p/ \7 o# ]+ Z+ [
stir
2 T$ V6 Q$ ^3 d  e( I0 ^: Bin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
8 N. }3 N* T& R& [* i( p, a5 Y8 o% lsurface
+ J. C* E1 n0 O" Z* L. ?until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
( h! ]1 B( K: X/ |9 n6 bturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes+ k7 B& w/ _8 g3 L; Y6 u
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
) H6 f, V$ Z. M& Y4 J: |8 N9 j0 @; h' V! @8 r
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
% F  ?1 P3 F" @( Y2 k& cPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 8 V! K( f: E  ^1 h
15  @7 M6 O+ y& K2 K: d
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
1 m! j, i& {! _* lbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
! z* M9 o9 j% E# q- I$ wfor: w" s( o/ s& }+ \) i. {
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
