在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

9 G& h4 Z; l3 L* m2 @4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
( y( f$ {6 H* z/ z1 teaspoon salt$ D5 t' Q/ K* q3 Q I5 h& ]
1/2 cup pineapple juice
- n% l5 }* E& T) L8 w# c. A: P1/2 cup water

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired0 r/ o5 t, `( l5 p

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed1 {7 c8 o. D1 K0 E
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 0 Z0 d/ B5 e# `
stir6 s3 J. \3 ^# O7 P7 K
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

' b* P/ [, o9 R1 C* @6 ?- ~ muntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
$ T5 A2 G+ z5 J! }turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly# g8 K( C {$ ^ i
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree " f7 V: N1 A( Y" ?; m

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
