适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
7 s, K/ e" {0 P2 packages yeast( f) c' c8 _/ b" X4 X
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
# y! c' r8 ?) Q' ~! |: ^- T1 teaspoon salt
8 G# l. o. v+ O7 |1/2 cup pineapple juice
0 ?4 U! `% @% r1/2 cup water
9 N# p2 R7 M+ h1/3 cup shortening
& N, o+ J% c" A* M# E5 p1/4 cup honey) L9 q/ W7 b+ X7 w/ l0 d; }
2 eggs
$ M7 t+ F4 e% N2 j1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired9 k4 h8 {' q4 Z$ ^

% g/ V& \" Z" d& j4 h0 X) w! {In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and% E- b) b3 I* W  |
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
9 J% v+ S! P! V. s8 R9 z; ~, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;3 T! ~1 f9 K+ l/ x# d
shortening does not need to melt.)& D% Z, B8 e* }' a3 Z! v, B
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed" R3 Z0 S: u. A2 a* S# M
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually % m) C7 y9 x" i' B0 A
stir
2 R( n5 K* p" lin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
$ Y& G1 u+ {- ksurface2 S1 O* Z1 O6 o" R. ]) x5 ?
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,: ]! b2 P+ f# c8 u' {+ I0 p4 A
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
2 X$ S& D: s4 H* K5 {. r# s# tPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

; i2 Z0 W7 q% {/ T7 M$ @" R( oto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly9 M* D) d$ y5 M
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

, f( b) F% a2 @1 z2 t35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
