适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

* _/ m' v0 H1 w# r2 v9 \* ^/ ~4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR& X- [3 L. {4 ~
2 packages yeast4 }. d/ U3 P& N% J- O# i! @: J8 S
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk! [. v3 c8 X: |$ M
1 teaspoon salt
; f; [6 q! D7 r- F1/2 cup pineapple juice
) B4 B# y7 ~8 A- c2 u: V1/2 cup water% d8 b5 p$ s0 Z& n3 Y/ C
1/3 cup shortening0 c0 b# `: C; {( l, M, u2 n: U
1/4 cup honey
; Y+ B& d& C8 E( N2 eggs
4 I3 ~+ g9 ?2 F  Z6 b1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

6 M8 b! t) _! O: d& L/ ]0 d: DIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
' y) C; Z3 V5 e2 f8 w6 B) ~$ Rsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
  \/ t# g. ]: I1 [5 g: e7 i- I, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;& f2 k' |! \5 z5 k
shortening does not need to melt.)+ H+ r, R6 ^6 P; _" @9 \
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
9 f, O( T# Z  ^% U, v' J: p4 Ountil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
8 n/ d8 L/ B9 Y1 c, F2 {( ^stir* ~: V4 n" u" g) Y7 I+ ?7 a
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
7 @7 |6 h( b& v  z7 }* Tsurface
* i, s% a3 Z" ~; b* _# Vuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,' l* J" _5 c8 o( D
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes9 m6 [( q' h  P' N/ |0 k* S
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).) `' J% \5 g) h  r/ Y. I

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.1 J' N6 m) H+ m9 D
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

$ {) C7 G$ Q5 j% k3 _" S3 P3 i  G2 mto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
  \2 W0 d) a- H0 o; n! ?) bbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree % w9 C8 l* p  d2 Y0 N$ l
for' x7 F7 F' X$ y
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
