在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.( \; z! z7 A% @: G# V! a8 ^

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
+ C" {8 U4 w0 k. K0 Q2 packages yeast
8 m' B: [ M$ Y1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
" g& }8 l5 `. q: @$ s* ~- j1 teaspoon salt# f$ m8 J# M* b2 Q# X. q: k
1/2 cup pineapple juice
9 z# `8 B/ x1 h5 O# o1/2 cup water+ A" M# ]! S. k2 j/ |5 Q2 v
1/3 cup shortening
1 ?$ k! o U b, J9 M1/4 cup honey7 f" r4 O' o# L
2 eggs6 }* F- z# o) @5 Z8 W R R
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired. M7 e3 D& d/ Y

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and8 \, m! P+ U; H- V9 ^5 e
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
5 F9 `0 J0 ?7 O i1 h2 d; ]% xuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ' v! T4 w' s& |) j8 q& G' s J& F9 z9 |' z

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

0 {5 @! J ^) z/ Q% k- c9 Xuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
- l; l$ ^9 I/ \- x& F$ e0 O' Bturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes5 I6 n3 @4 B# @1 z5 n+ i: R3 D
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

& B6 N' @' k9 _Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
8 M [4 O& X) APlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 3 u/ v8 q% Y3 y9 y) u( B p

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
