在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.& K3 d# {! k/ d, a4 p* T; O

- m B8 {: S+ \5 A4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR% L$ I( W! Z" w" \! R4 `
2 packages yeast- S. I1 g( ?& D
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- P1 ?" P, N5 p7 r9 X, |1 w) }1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired' h, l9 ?$ z3 \# o8 U
) [$ U$ R4 q2 a0 ~6 A4 |; N% LIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;* N* }& x, [. e) q) f% k8 P

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed. }7 Q1 d; X0 n; y+ e! ^) r
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually , n' M- j' w- c' U' s

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured . l f; F+ h' f8 v. }

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,( Y4 D7 S; q! ^( U9 P" d' q* r
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.0 P. K( n& g1 n) _3 X
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place `3 ]7 e- p, e% h( T
