1. Manage all invoicing 
" T6 r) q1 ~0 |& G! l% @
: t8 c" e4 e, q2 S4 ~. c2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls
7 v1 M; t; Y' ?" c, l, w4 d
9 P6 i  ]/ G# T5 @3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access

4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager

+ `% o) }. D/ j3 l& ^5. Order office suppliers

' y+ L' v: P2 g) Y. [. \, c6. Other duties will be assigned

1. Willing to learn and highly attention to details
2. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
3. Good organizational skills
4. Must have some computer skills
